Total joint replacement needed 3 surg. on shoulder/TRT and HGH therapy??'s

    Hello all,
    I'm 31, 5'10" 175-180; current bf% 13-15

So, I dislocated my R. Shoulder tearing my labrum in half and in 3 other tears, along with my rotator cuff, & broken R Scapula as welll, and the worst of it is IVE lost over 85% of all my connective tissue in that R shoulder. They won't do the replacement until in my 50s(been all over country for opinions)! So I've bern feeling lethargic, depressed, not focused, lack of energy and sex drive, not driven(don't even feel like working out - now that's weird) all signs of low T... Plus being on Methadone currently(I know opiates have played a huge roll in stopping testosterone production a lot faster than in one not using opiates)... I'm not abusing it actually trying to ween off!

I'm getting my bloods done ASAP(did an over the counter sperm test - I was below the minimum 20/m(whatever those letters stand for after the lowest end, and though I'm young 31, I feel like I'm 50 already sometimes... And feel like I'm being robbed of the quality of life I can be having...???

If anyone could give me some advice on what I/or you would be considering??

There is surgery to fix a torn shoulder labrum. Happens in pro sports all the time. Maybe that is an option

No offense intended, but it sounds like you need to concentrate on achieving sobriety first & foremost. Get your head on straight. Everything else will work itself out. As for the shoulder, TRT and/or HGH is not going to "fix" a shoulder with no connective tissue if true. I'd keep searching for the correct surgeon, as 'something' can likely be done surgically to improve your situation. Good luck...

I realize this... And do have 2+ screws/and part of my biceps tendon holding my labrum and rotator cuff together(all bone on bone... And now the screws backed out in between the ball and socket)...

I thank you for your feedback!

Hey I really appreciate your concern and first and foremost I am in the process of weening off of my P.K meds as we speak!
And also, thanks for the support to find the right surgeon! it's just been half my life already living with this chronic Pain(Bersitus) daily, and it was something I really had to get used to!! Being that I was so active(wrestling, football, and Baseball, lifting weights-320lbs bench in high school @ 185lbs) I missed out on a full Baseball scholarship!

Also, had to manipulate my excersises in order to hit each muscle in all the right spots, too... But that is what it is now!

But again you couldn't have said it better regarding my sobriety! Thanks!

I thought HGH Therapy would be very beneficial(HGH WOULDNT help at all... As anything is better than what I feel now)in someone like myself, and with my past medical background, especially if I can't find the Right surgeon til in my 50's, etc??

I've been told by many Docs that it would be beneficial?? Please correct me if I'm wrong... Thanks!

If you had simple tears then yes, but I dont see how HGH would be helpful in the absence of a mechanical structure within the shoulder as you describe. Did any of the Docs touting this actually offer you a script for HGH? Likely not I'd bet. Regardless, the cost is prohibitive and you're not going to find any real HGH on the black-market anyways. So in the end, HGH is not really a viable option if you think about it...

At that time no I had no offers for RX HGH... And wouldn't even go their on the UG market, as you expressed!

I've recently have talked with an anti-aging clinic and have told them my situation and they suggested HGH for my shoulder(just gave to get my BW done which is 500$)!

Also, I have been hearing great things about the forums Low-T clinic on the right hand side of screen and seems more manageable($ wise, consultation wise, etc(do you know if they have an HGH protocol)??

I had both knees scoped and a meniscal tear repaired on one after I'd been off about a year after a terrible ankle sprain. yes just sprain. had i started with HGH and MAT (muscle activation therapy) before that, my knees probably would have been fine and i'd have recovered more quickly from the sprain or not even gotten it. I'm stronger than before now and credit my trainer and the HGH combined. Find a great MAT specialist and stop misusing your joints. and also what API said about getting clean.
