    Need some help!

Hello everyone. Quick Facts: I am 27 years old, 6'3 and 195 pounds. I went to an Endocrinologist to see if I have gyno which I found out I do have and have had since I was like 13 after puberty. My blood work showed my test levels were very low and my estrogen levels were normal. Also found out I have liver issues. AST level is 84 (normal is levels less then 37) and my ALT level is 252 (normal is less then 58)

I was in the process of getting/starting my first cycle. Which was going to be Test E at 500mg/week for 12 weeks, Arimidex at 1 mg EOD. For PCT- Nolva at 40/40/40/20 and possibly Clomid but I was thinking I only needed Nolva.

    Now my question.

The other day I had an appointment with a Endocrinologist and found out my test is a level 4 when the average person my age has levels between (20-84). I am getting more blood work done in a weeks time before he puts me on a prescription for test (which he said he needed to make sure levels were correct with one more set of blood work). I am wondering If I should bother ordering PCT since I will most likely not be coming off of test. I assume I could do my 500mg/week for 12 weeks and then after that I would be dropping my test down to what my doctor tells me to instead of starting my pct.
Does this seem correct or am I way off?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    John

pct is needed to get your natural test levels to where they were before starting your cycle- considering you will be on prescribed test for life- you will no longer have natural test to bring back to production- so you will not need a PCT.

However- i would seriously suggest you dont do a cycle while under medical care until along way after your hormonal levels stabilise- this could take approx a year to get all your hormones optimised- this should be your priority.

once you get your life long hormonal levels /medication sorted out with constant bloods- then consider a cycle if you must. again- you need to get your basic health upto standard and fully optimised before considering a blast of any kind.

    good luck.

Doing a cycle right now is going to mess your blood work up. You need to stay of everything and follow your dr instructions so he can treat your medical condition correctly
