What causes this symptom?
I find when I eat a meal I can feel my body working to digest it. Your heart seems to pump a little harder. When at rest you notice it it pumping and can feel your pulse. Sometimes I feel it after a late night work out when I go to sleep. However just finishing my blast and a hard 8 weeks of working out I now feel it all the time.
Not sure if its a RBC symptom,an over training symptom or both. I did have a blood test and a 1/2 phlebotomy 4 weeks ago when my Hematocrit was 52%. I have no other symptoms, have a strong appetite and feel fine in general. Any ideas?

When I went in for phlebotomy it seemed fine. It does kind of feel like blood pressure now that you mention it. Not sure why. Maybe typical with a blast?

Cutting back on sodium intake and increasing your cardio are the best ways to lower BP.
Cutting back or eliminating stimulant use will also have a positive effect on your BP.
Daily use of Cialis has also been shown to bring BP down.
Some people have success with OTC supplements like CoQ10, but I'm unsure of its efficacy.

You should invest in a home BP machine. I have two of them and a glucose meter. Many times they will tell you a lot. I stay on top of these things so when something is awry, usually I'll know.

Just came back from dr and blood pressure was very good and RBC at 47%. I mentioned the pressure and palpitation issue. He asked had I doubled up on test. I said yes i fell behind and doubled up for 4 weeks. He said that's the problem. It will clear up in a few days. Agree?
