42yo With T Levels at 311 in Nashville

I level of total T is now 311 in the morning. This is down from 439 2 years ago and I have many symptoms. I have been to my MD more than a few times but they say I am still in the normal range. I went to a local Urologist and he basically said the same thing.. Both are rather old and I suspect out of touch some. any ideas how to find a MD in Nashville that has a better understanding of the more recent research and what is the correct range?

I have good insurance so I thought I could avoid the private pay aiging clinics..

    Thanks

My father uses the lowtestosterone.com doctor in Nashville. Granted, it's cash pay (no insurance) but he's been in the program a little over a year now, everything's gone well. In fact, the same doctor has started treating my mother a few months ago.

His now current stats after 1yr+
Blood work done two wks ago:
    Total Test: 880
    Free Test: 26
    E2 Sensitive 25

    Pre-TRT
    Total Test 200's
Free Test was single digit (don't remember specific number)
    E2 was in the mid-teens.

Anyway, it's worked well for him and both have spoken very highly of the doctor - and yes, they have insurance but choose to use this doctor and the LowT program because, well, as many have learned the hard way sometimes you have to pay cash to get decent help. I do the same. I don't care how much insurance would cover my TRT...I'd rather have sane protocols than insane doctors.
