How much DIM?

The subject says it all.

I'm on a high dose of test along with hCG and no AI. The doctor told me to take 120mgs of DIM plus 50mgs of zinc and 2mgs of coper. I can feel the estrogen creeping up on me and I'm wondering how much DIM I should use.

^^^This is a good starting point. DIM, copper and zinc work for some and for others it doesn't. I'm one of the others it doesn't work for.

I take exemestane - 12.5mg every 6.5 days and I do just fine. This for a T and hCG protocol that is very conservative.

Careful with the Zinc. Its good for you but enough to control E2 would be to much.
