Well #1 if you lost 150 lbs you would feel a LOT better and your blood pressure would more than likely come down.
Are you using HCG ? That would help your test levels go up but either way you might need to go up to 200mg a week or more but dont just jump on that, look into adding HCG.
What does your doctor suggest?

If I read that right, you said the most recent blood work was after you came off trt for a while? How long have you been back on? Donating blood will help with your hematocrit, but it will take a few more times to get you in range. If your taking 1.25ml of 200mg/ml test a week that's a relatively high dose and could make hematocrit hard to keep down. How was that dose decided? Was it after the blood work from when you were off trt for a while, or was there other blood work in btw? I just want to make sure you're not jumping on too high a dose without time to adjust and check levels.

Yes 70 lbs down 60 to go ...my most recent bloodwork is 2cd set posted I stopped for approx 4weeks to get a baseline reading for insurance ... I'm not on hcg . The dr will not prescribe .
Dr don't think it's a big deal ..I guess I'm more concerned
I currently take 1.25 ccper week

With hematocrit being a problem for you, I'd really consider dropping that dose. 1.25cc at 200mg/ml puts you at 250mg/wk which is a very high trt dose and it doesn't sound like that dose was determined as being necessary through proper titration upward. I think something in the 60-80mg (.3-.4cc) range dosed twice a week would be a better place to start. Before you change anything, are you 100% sure the test you have now is 200mg/ml? They also make 100mg/ml and that would obviously have a big impact on your dosing.

For sure 200mg
I've been at this dose at approx 1-1/2
We checked trt 24 hour blood test after inj and 48 hours after inj
That's how he came up with that dose ... It was 1090 at peak he said
So he was ok with it ...I have opiate induced hypogonadism

Like others, I am concerned about your dose.
Taking more than you need won't help you, and considering your BF%, will contribute to E2 problems.
Although many of us started around 100mg of Testosterone per week, it's important to point out that Dr. Crisler and Dr. Gordon (two big names in TRT) last year reduced their starting doses to 70mg and 60mg respectively.

Although I see where the logic is in checking for your peak, I dint think that can be determined after one dose. Test cyp takes several weeks to build up in your system and reach stable levels. That's why best practice is to wait about 6 weeks before checking blood work at a new dose. I'm not trying to override your doc but with a hematocrit in the 60's that needs to be your primary concern and continuing to run a high dose of test will only make it worse. Frankly I'm surprised your doc would prescribe that knowing hematocrit was so high. How long til you can donate blood again?

Every 56 days Ivan donate ...I just found out today that carter blood care has a trt program I have to get a form from them have dr fill out and I can donate more often . So that's my next step . I started trt at 1 ml 200mg every 2 weeks
It was prolly a year or so before he moved the dose to 1.25 per week ...
I can order new labs whenever I want . I was gonna donate at least 1 more time before getting new labs .
