BUN CREATININE elevated

I'm wondering if anyone else has elevated bun creatinine levels. I know I don't hydrate enough at times and have a high protein diet.

My bun is generally normal, but creatinine runs high like 1.3, like you on high protein, good amount of muscle mass and also take lisinopril, so I don't worry about it. My doctor just tells me to drink more water.

Sometimes it's high, others not. He hasn't even mentioned it so I wonder. I've looked at my BW for the last almost year and it's been good or slightly elevated once or twice. Drink more water.
