Why tho? What's the difference for you? I did quad today for first time and it is comfy to do it yourself coz you see it what and where you doing it, but is there any difference in the effectiveness of it?! Doing it for first time today my heart rate went up a good bit aswell , scary enough

trying to pin your on glute is a lot harder then pinning your quad plus there is plenty of room on the outer quad to rotate sites

Been on TRT since October of 2013 and I started out pinning in the abdominal area. I had a strange reaction, perhaps the cottonseed oil that was used to mix it. I switched to quads and rotate with each injection and never had a problem since. Low T.com has switched to grapeseed oil I believe and I still never went back to pinning the abdominal area. I only pin my hCG there now. I've gotten bored and pinned delts too. That is more non-incidental than even pinning the quads. Glutes seems awkward to get turned around to the right position to pin..well at least for me it was, so I opted to pin quads. I gotta tell ya, though, the delts are really comfortable to pin though.

Doesn't matter where you pin. Just rotate sites to help alleviate scar tissue.

When doing IM I guess it kinda doesn't matter where you pin as long as the oil goes to the muscle. We all have our preferences.

I personally prefer ventrogluteal. While it's on the side of the hip it's very easy to reach and there's no nerves in the area so it's painless. Doing it laying on the side it's also possible to leave a little air in between the plunger and oil, in order to get all the stuff in. Even though hitting a vein is somewhat rare, it feels comfortable to inject into the area where's no major veins either.
