How to lower my T levels temporarily

    Fellow forum members.
I want to lower my T levels to get them bellow normal range to obtain T prescription. I'm 38 and levels low but within the range, so i did some research, and i'm getting some mixed messages: If i run a week circle of anavar or D-bol or Winstrol , without a Test, will that lower my t levels? Is there a great risk to permanently mess up my HTPA levels?

I don't think there would be anyone on this forum who would encourage you to be dishonest. Or to join you in being dishonest or deceptive just to obtain testosterone .

If you feel you need TRT, I'd say the best path - but not always the easiest - is to find a doctor who you can honestly discuss your symptoms with and who will treat you. Many men have been in the so called "normal" T range and have sought and received treatment for their symptoms. Take a look at this:

Otherwise, IMO your question is way out of line.

    Post your blood work.

The range doesn't mean normal. Depending on the numbers, the solution may be as simple as going to a doctor up to date on TRT.

Yeah, i think my DR has something against TRT, unfortunately i'm stuck with her for rest of the year.
Last bloodworm showed: test 315, Test free direct 9.2
so i figured out if i push it slightly lower, she'll have no choice.

Well, it's a little more complicated than that; for example, an enlightened doctor might look into the reason for low Testosterone . If it's something that can be fixed, fix it.

If your doctor is no good, I would find another. Nothing good is going to happen being treated by doctors who don't know what they're doing.

I understand your thinking but really it's not a good idea if you dont really need it. It would be a year before you could cycle if thats the plan due to blood work. If you do need and then as said find another doctor or clinic and again, dont plan on cycling anytime soon.
