I do have a question for you guys that doesn't seem to make sense. If you are primary, your balls aren't listening to your brain telling them to make more T. So, what's the point of HCG if they aren't listening? Are you throwing money at nothing? Am I missing part of the puzzle?

Latest results are in.. MRI is clean. What do you guys think? E doesn't look that low to be having the problems I was experiencing. These are my "I feel like crap" numbers. With ED, Acne and no energy. Been off the AI for a week and am feeling much better. Going to go back in once I feel back to 100% to get my good level blood work.

Free T is high. I know we want it up, but I'm over range... Is that good or bad?

    Standard Estradiol 39.1 H <40 pg/mL

    Estrogens, Fractionated
    Estradiol 31.9 pg/mL ARUP
    Estrone 26.3 pg/mL ARUP
Estrogens Total Calculation 58.2 pg/mL ARUP

    Males 18 yrs and older:
    Estrone Estradiol Total Estrogens
    9-36 pg/mL 10-42 pg/mL 19-69 pg/mL
    REFERENCE INTERVAL: Estrogens Total Calculation

    Testosterone , Total 969 H 300-827 ng/dL SCL

    Testosterone, Free (calc.) 269 H 47-244 pg/mL

    ARUP INTERPRETIVE INFORMATION: Testosterone, Free
    Tanner Stage IV 35 - 169 pg/mL
    Tanner Stage V 41 - 239 pg/mL

The concentration of Free Testosterone is derived from a mathematical expression based on the constant for the binding of testosterone to Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG).

Your numbers would be fine, if you take it at face value. The problem with them are the sides that go along with that high of a T level over a period of time...THICK blood, high BP, elevated E2, just to name a few. My opinion is dial back your pins to 150ish mg/wk, and see how that goes.

Forgot to mention, I did a BodPod follow-up as well today. Since starting TRT I've added 10lbs of muscle and lost 3 lbs of fat.
