Over the last few weeks I was at 160 of test cyp once a week leading up to my blood test. 8 days after an injection my total test came back at 682 ng on a scale of 350-1000. At 140 of test I was at 415 ng. That was good. BUT my calculated free test came back at 21.8 on day 8 on a scale of 12-20. So its way off the scale in the beginning. At 140 test I was only at 12.09 so I had a big jump. Too big. And my estradiol came back at 41.6 on day 8 on a scale of 7.6-42.6. So it's high most of the week too. At 140 test I was at 30.3 estradiol.

Because of this my Dr dropped me to 150 test cyp a week and more bloods in 6 weeks. This is to lower my calculated free test and estradiol. He kept me at half a pill of armidex once a week as I have been doing for a while.

More seems to not be better in my case. The last few weeks I experienced a lot of moodiness. I also began to get bad chest and back acne, which has not been a problem until now.

Besides all that I am still on the upswing physically. I hurt my shoulder so my lifting has been very limited. But I am continuing to lose weight and my waist is considerably smaller than when I started. I weight 222lbs at the beginning and I weight 210 now. I can't wait to get under 200 .

So far so good. I just look forward to getting dialed in. Part of me kept wanting a higher dose, but I knew that wasn't the proper way to feel better.

So far does this protocol seem reasonable?

Sounds like things are going well. They say it is a marathon not a sprint. I believe that to be true.GL

Thanks. I agree with that. At first I was just glad and relieved to feel normal. Then I got a little impatient and wanted to feel AMAZING all the time. Now I am back to wanting to feel good lol.

Seems that "more is not better" is the way!

Keep it up. Don't confuse trt for steroid use . You are building wellbeing , not muscle,...so go on feelings.
