Underdeveloped?
Been lifting 2 years and when I look at pics it just looks to me like I have the underdeveloped body of a 14 year old. Haven't had success adding mass no matter how many calories I eat. Now I am having trouble cutting fat. Doc tested my hormone levels and I am at total test 200. Got an appointment with an endo. Not sure if this is a contributing factor to me spinning my wheels the past couple of years or not.

Post this up or ask a mod to move it to the trt section. The guys there will definitely help you out
Do u have the full blood work? Or do u just know your test was at 200?

Testosterone could be higher. But you should have more information.
Check out the Finding a Physician sticky for a complete list of tests you'll want to get. And don't forget Vitamin D!

Basically yes, at a 200 Total T level you'll be spinning your wheels. Something is causing this and you need to find out what it is. If you have full BW post it up, if not do what Oingo said above and use the list provided and get it done asap. Just remember to find out what's causing your low level first, don't just band aid it with TRT. So many things can suppress endogenous testosterone levels so be patient and do it correctly.
When you get the new BW post it up here please.

OP, what's that app in the screenshot? Why you have swastika in your phone?
And you don't look like 14 year old, it's all in your head

The Bhuddhists borrowed it from the Hindu, and I suspect they got it from the Animists.
Have to agree that I don't think you look like a 14 year old. But your numbers are what they are, and are not in your head.
There is a lot of expertise on this forum, and guys want to help you, but need to see more blood work before suggesting a way to go.
Please do check out the Finding a Physician sticky for a list of tests you'll want to get. And post your results when you get them.
And don't forget to check Vitamin D!

I know it is just a side shot, but you have a healthy male looking figure. You might be putting a lot more work in and not getting the returns you expect, because of hormone issues. I suspect bringing T levels up would help but only to a point, and anything beyond that would require AAS cycles etc. Not sure what your perceptions are, but most don't realize that in order to look the way they want it will take a lot more than just solid training and diet.
I would continue looking further into what is going on with your body. hopefully you can find some answers. Symptoms play a big role in things, so do you feel normal?

If you optimize Testosterone levels , and your workout and diet are on point, you should make impressive gains. I radically changed my diet, and even with low Testosterone had a very good year in the gym.
You've taken the first step. Looking forward to seeing more blood work.

I'm fairly impressed with the physique considering your extremely low test numbers and limited gym time. I have little doubt with proper nutrition, training, rest and figuring our your hormone levels you will totally be able to accomplish your goals.

As Kel said above in post #8, I highly doubt you'll accomplish your goals at the level you have. (But I do agree you are in excellent shape.)
And as Kel also said in that post, first and foremost, you've got to find out what's causing your low T.

I have to agree with all the others on your physical condition. Seriously you are in fine shape and only lifting 2 years you are showing fine results. No you are no huge but most of the time that has a lot more to do with diet and training than it does test levels although of course that does help.
I would get a lot more blood work done and look into other causes of or if your test is actually low and how to raise it naturally rather than jumping on HRT right away.

firstly- you are lean and im in agreeance with the rest although after two years the resuling muscle is minimal, but nothing to be embaressed about.
get a full bloodwork and post results here- we need to see them preferabbly before you see your dr so we can advise what to ask your dr in readiness for your consultation. you dont want to be a passenger but a participant in your recovery.
we can help you. You may or may not need trt- it depends on what the bloods show. Be patient- baby steps for now.
have to ask - have you ever taken a Prohormone or steroids in the past? honesty counts here- we will not judge.
also id advise you to photoshop your head and dr's name from your posts- you dont need to be identified by someone you may know somewhere along the line. Anonymity is key.
