The power of zinc..

7 weeks ago I had my blood drawn by my doctor for the following(with numbers at the time):
Total T 891 (280-1100)
BioA T 458 (62-512)
Free T 16.5 (1.9-27)
E2 34 (7-42.6)
SHBG 48 (10-80)

My protocol was 30mg cyp subcutaneous EOD with liver pills, and 500mg magnesium daily thats it.

The only change me and my doctor made at that time was to try 60mg of zinc per day and draw blood again in 6 days. My goal was to get the free test up and hopefully knock e2 down slightly.

I want to stress I changed NOTHING else and here are my results from last week:
Total T 1252 (41% increase...)
BioA T 610 (33%increase...)
Free T 23.66 (43%increase)
E2 42.6
SHBG 47

The labs totally correspond to how I feel as well. I feel more agressive but in a good way, my well being is up, and most importantly im getting morning wood almost every single day which is the first time in 10 months of being on TRT and years before starting..

As for the estrogen I could also tell its too high, I have some brainfog and energy is definately on the low side I usually take a nap around 2 which I hate. Also although morning wood is up libido is hit or miss. I also notice more fat around the stomach although Im really lean anyways.

My free T is exactly where I want it but I want to drop my dose to 25mg EOD or so I just want that free T to stay put. As for E2 I want it closer to 25 only problem is arimidex gives me gnarly anxiety and I cant get aromasin from my doc. Any more natural options like DIM that anyone knows of?

what sort of zinc were you taking?

I've tried this amount of zinc for months with absolutely no effect whatsoever.

Just cheap zinc orothate. Its like $5 for 200 tablets.

I understand the free T and Bio A T going up but im confused why the total would especially considering im shut down
