Am I being shunned for some reason lol I know it's hard to get good trt care I want to do this right but feel like since it's not exactly perfect protocol that I am just being looked over. I have access to everything I would need and would like to do it right :-) I asked my urologist to check my LH and FSH and he said they only do that when someone is trying to have children or something to that matter. I am 48 so that isn't happening haha

You have been given a ton of good advice already, and are choosing to ignore it somewhat.
TRT is not something you want to rush into just because you found a Dr willing to prescribe you everything right away.
What kel and others have been trying to tell you is to figure out WHY your T is low. In order to do that multiple Labs need to be done over a few months
Instead you rushed into a protocol with a questionable Dr giving you the highest TRT dosage out there.
You should be looking to exhaust all avenues to possibly restore natural T production before befinning TRT

I am sorry I really want to do this right and be part of this community. I know you guys know way more than any of these doctors around. What should I do now? should I stop taking test, I am on my 2nd week of 1ml of test and I have only taken my .5 anastrozole once a week 1 day after pinning.. I can ask my new TRT doctor to order me new labs tomorrow. should I just stop everything now? thanks

Can totally understand wanting to get healed and resolve any issues. But understand that TRT is for life.
You dont want to make a hasty decision and jump right into it if your body can be healed and produce the hormones it needs naturally.
IMO you need to find out WHY you have low T
When i first started on my journey my Dr did a 30 day HCG test to see if my body was able to produce testosterone on its own, which it was.
Effectively eliminating me from being primary, then he tried clomid therapy , in all it was 4 months of trying different things along with much BW.
Take your time and try to exhaust all other options before jumping on trt

You've been given solid advice. You're choice whether to take it or not.

Regarding the BW posted, when was it pulled relative to your last injection?

Yes. Well, test peaks in basically 24 hrs or so post injection which means you're not testing at trough level, which is fine if your doc is astute. From what I see
your dose could probably be lowered but I need to see your free T level to be sure. Free T is what works for you, not total T. SHBG would also be good to know.

Estradiol is the wrong test and reads higher in men as it's geared for women. So that means your actual E2 level is lower than that. Next time get an E2 Sensitive Assay for accuracy. I never understood why doc's start a TRT patient out on adex when they could simply start them out at a more reasonable TRT dose (100 mgs) and titrate up as needed, hopefully avoiding adex completely.

Know that if your dose is to high you will have issues down the road with your hemoglobin and hematocrit which may require blood donations to avoid polycythemia. Yet another reason to start at a low dose! Some will have to regardless but not all.
