libido problems and trt
so this post is probably not what you might first think reading the title. my libido is excellent! in fact the issue is that my libido is MUCH stronger than my wife's and the difference is causing a bit of tension.
she knows i'm on trt, and is not happy about it. she is a "live naturally" person, and when it's time to get old, you get old. no using therapies that might "artificially" restore elements of your youth (i'm representing her opinion a bit strongly here for clarity, but it's close enough to this for argument's sake). so, as she ages and her libido naturally (???) declines, the tension increases. i could develop other options of course, but would STRONGLY prefer to find a way to decrease the tension and go back to our amazing younger years (daily!!!) - or maybe even every other day as a compromise.
i realize this post is a wonderful set up for all sorts of responses. i'll chuckle with all of them, but would really appreciate thoughts/experiences other trt guys have had when dealing with the issue (i'm sure i'm not the first here!)...
thanks in advance for the wisdom and the humor.

my dad had the exact same experience when he started TRT and to make matters worse his wife was almost 10 years older than him long story short they are divorced now lol. it was for the best in his case but I think that was the straw that broke the camels back

Sit down and talk to her. Tell her how often you want it. Listen to her and when she tells you how often she wants it compromise.
Or do what I did and just ignore her sexually, don't even look at her when she is changing and make no advances at all. Shouldn't take too long before you have some kind of agreement.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I'm just starting trt and my libido is through the roof so far, luckily the wife has always had a crazy libido so I'll never have that problem the wife never says no.

I've been on TRT for a year now and my libido is pretty good, My wife is pregnant now so most of the time she isn't feeling the greatest and we have a quite a bit of difference now. I just try to be understanding of her situation and she is of mine, she supports me on TRT because of the other benefits of it, energy, confidence, positive attitude because she knows that is who I am and without TRT I am not the person I am/want to be. But as the poster before you have to have communication between each other is the main thing and be understanding of each other's feelings and needs.

This will only end one of two ways:
1. She browbeats you into giving up TRT and you grow old and miserable together.
2. You continue drifting apart sexually, you become evermore frustrated and finally get divorced. The silver lining will be your new twenty-something girlfriend with a healthy libido to match your own.
I hate to be harsh, but I've seen this happen too many times. Good luck!
