Hey guys ..
So i tried the subq injection method on Monday of .3ml of test-c. After a few hours a lump formed and it began to turn red. On wednesday i began antibiotics just in case (but no fever). As of today (thursday) it is a little less red, still warm to the touch and the lump feels a little smaller. Its also a little itchy. The lump is like the size of a marble. Any advice? Should i pierce it? Going to stay on antibiotics for 2 more days. I am concerned with sepsis and dont want to die.
Needless to say, I did my injection today IM and will continue to do so moving forward. I think its the gear, its from one of those labs and not from a pharma company, i did 2 IM injections last week with it and the injection area turned red and itchy. Before I got this test-c, I was using test-e from schering (?) in ampoules and had no issues, and thats what i injected today.
THANK YOU ALLLast edited by nikito; 07-02-2015 at 07:01 PM.

I had the same problem with my pharma, it turned out that I was too close to the navel area. Moved out a bit no more problem.

If you are legitimately on TRT with prescription meds, use sterile techniques, and get a lump, it will go away within a day or so. If you are playing around with UGL stuff, then you may have to worry. Hopefully you'll be okay but maybe what you are experiencing is a good lesson learned. Get a script and then you can inject whichever way you like and then make up your mind which is best for you.

go to a trt dr and get real trt.
If you prefer to self diagnose, self administer and use UGL, thems the breaks.
are you using proper protocol with your self administered trt??try swabbing an antiseptic before injecting.
TRT is for life, antibiotics are not- get pharma grade Eg- go to a trt dr

The gear that you had/have that is causing these problems is garbage, toss it. UGL gear can be fine or it can be junk this gear falls into the latter.
As far as the sub q site warm compresses can help the body fight the infection and since its close to the surface if it does go south its not quite as serious. That said infections of any kind are nothing to fool around with, you would probably be well advised to seek medical attention you could always say you did some HCG or B6 so that you will not have steroid usage on your medical records.

I get this from pharma grade depending on how much I inject (and I'm injecting baby amounts) - a lump that gets red, itchy and hard. Bc it's pharma and my technique is sound I am not worried about infection (though I was the first couple of times it has happened). I just seem to have this localised histamine reaction or something. Bass said he massages post-injection, and so I put a tissue on my leg and just give firm pressure in long strokes and that has made a lot of difference for me, although I don't know why. So it may still happen to you, even with pharma.
