And no , I will not rub cream into your scrot.

The original question was in regards to a bit of blood after an IM injection. It's no big deal. I draw up my 60 mg T cypionate (twice weekly) with a 22 gauge needle and then sit and jab the same needle into my glutes (midline and about mid to upper mid thigh). I then use the alcohol swab which I used to wipe the skin with and, with one finger, put pressure on the area and massage at the same time to disseminate the T into the tissues; 20 to 30 seconds usually suffices. Rarely any bleeding and if there is some...no big deal. I give injections all the time and this how I have always done it. I gave up using a 25 or finer gauge needle as they were just too slow and the 22 gauge ...I hardly feel it if I jab it in rather than slowly insert it. I use a 29 gauge for the HCG pinning my abdominal area and that never bleeds.

bloodwork results (before beginning trt and taking t3):
    Testosterone : 125 (300 - 1050)
    Test Free: 35 (47-244)
    TSH: 4.41 (0.4-4.5)

I am on TRT and not a cycle. The 26g needle is a pain in the glute to draw in the test-e but it works and i am lazy.
You should first diagnose whats going on with your thyroid, and why you have hypothyroidism. There is an array of causes, some are pretty serious.

The hypothyroidism, and the low T which most likely is due to it, can be a symptom and not the disease per se .

It's my understanding that source talk is just fine. Sources are not.
