First Blood Test Back-Estradiol off

Got my first blood test since going on TRT about a month ago.

I am taking 50MG twice a week. I started at 336ng/dl. I now tested out at 564g/dl. My free test came in at 173.6 pg/ml. I am feeling much better. Still feeling like I am out of energy but not nearly as bad. I think I figured out I have sleep apnea so that can be another reason for me feeling so tired all the time.

Some other things that showed up out of range were;
Glucose 106 mg/dl
Estradiol 49 pg/ml
Vitamin D 25ng/ml

The doc has yet to put me on any anti E or HCG . I am starting to feel some random pains in my nuts. Don't feel the itching some have described in the nipple area. Can anyone give me some insight as to the Estradiol levels and should I know be asking for anti E and HCG?

Post ranges please.

For some reason they have not given ranges for any of the ones they state as "out of range". Test was done at Quest Diagnostics.
