Hope this posts without any issues. Protocol at this time of the test on May 31 was

Test cyp: 120 milligrams split into two IM 60 milligram shots every 3.5 days. Hcg : 500 iu's split into two 250 iu shots the day before test injections. Arimidex : 1/4 of the pill taken 12-24 hours after test injection.

I do a blood draw once every 6-8 weeks. It was time to do a draw at the time of the test.

I have since this test dropped my test milligrams to 80 total for the week, splitting it into 40mg shots in an attempt to lower free test and igf-1. All the rest of the protocol remains the same until new bloods are taken at the end of the month.

I am prescribed 400mg a month so let this be a lesson to you new cats about the temptation of over indulging, it isn't necessary.

Finally, these bloods were done fasting and directly after a very difficult conditioning session with zero water, so that will explain the bun and creatinine elevation. Tsh was up from 1.9 to 2.5, first elevation in 3 years, it can fluctuate I'm aware but something I'm keeping my eye on for next bloods.

In addition estradiol sensitive was 29.1 range 8.0-35.0 Bloods were taken day OF pm injection, and also fasting.

You definitely have room to drop. Free test is up there. Next time test your shbg as I bet it run's low.
No need to inject your HCG the day before your test. That's a good method for once weekly injections but on your twice weekly protocol it's just not necessary. Just put it in the same syringe as your test.
TSH is up but all else looks fine. Just monitor as you stated. Good eye. Just a snapshot in time.
E2 is fine there. It's all how you feel.

Your RBC isn't that bad. Remember you're basically dehydrated. Keep an eye on your MCV and MCH though. It could indicate iron deficiency.

I don't think lowering test will have any effect on igf-1

Are you taking any hgh or peptides?

None at all. Not sure why it's elevated either, also not sure what it's indicative of as well.

I just read up on it a bit, it could have been elevated due to the workout just prior to the blood work from what I understand. Had I been sitting at a desk all day and had the test done and it been elevated it would have been a bit more of a red flag. Apparently hard exercise stimulates the hormone.

I'd post the link, but not sure if that's a foul these days.

So how do you feel mood wise? Good, bad, okay? Do you take anything like stinging nettle root that might drive up your free T number?

Hey T, that's last for the response.

Honestly, I've felt good. The only time on test where I was a bit of an ass was when I blasted on 500mg last summer. I felt a lot more anxiety and stress during that time. I wasn't managing my estrogen well either and I believe that hurt me as wise as well.

I don't take anything else other than vitamin d that may effect test levels, but i would imagine that is a minute increase. It seems my body is just super sensitive to the hcg and has been since I've started it 2 1/2 years ago. It really drives my free test through the roof. I've considered taking less or only once a week, but I am taking the minimum amount possible with 500 ius a week. Not sure why my body goes haywire with it lol
