Use Estrogen to drop Test?
So I am 25 with a T total level of 400 (doc said it's normal) and I told him a few months after my last test that my levels are getting lower and lower, in the hopes that he will prescribe me something.
So he agreed to give me another blood test.
I looked up everywhere, "how to drop my T levels before a blood test" and found a bunch of bs that might slightly effect levels. I have access to some things that could help, if I had a better understanding of how these hormones work.
I have a bottle of estrogen cream, a bottle of testosterone cream, and some testosterone cyp. (3 or 4 MLs)
Here are some questions I have-
If I rub some estrogen on before my blood work will it lower my T enough?
If I take a decent size shot of the T. Cyp. And wait a couple weeks, will i crash hard enough to have low enough levels?
Pretty much, I just want the best method, given the tools I have.
Thanks for the help!

If I were you I would be looking into why my test is low versus trying to game the system.
What are your stats?
Height, weight, etc.
Are you dieting?
Bodyfat %?
Any meds or drugs?

Agreed . You should be trying to find the cause and not treat the symptom . At your age the chances are it can be treated without trt. It still amazes me how many young guys come here trying to get trt and many of us would love to come off. Smh . Find a Dr that knows hormones and find the cause for your low t.

So basically at age 25 for trying to get put on trt when you may not even need it. As has been said why not work as hard to raise the T levels naturally and get then up higher in the clinical range?
Sometimes I dont think people realize what they are getting themselves into. TRT isnt a joyride man. I can be a real pain and it is a lifelong commitment. Maybe rethink your strategy here, I think that would be my suggestion.

More for body building purposes.
I have had low T for years, likely due to terrible sleep pattern/ sleep quality due to sinus issues.(I'm tip top shape other than that)
Used cream from a friend for a year, but would like to get a script for the shot.
Maybe not the best choice, but a risk I'm willing to take.
Any thoughts on the questions I asked?

Raising estrogen might even raise test not to say this is a smart plan. I think you are going about this all wrong.
