    AI usage per week

Does spacing out your AI make a difference. I take 0.15mg every day which adds up to just over 1 mg per week. Would it matter if i just took the 1mg once a week. The reason I ask is because I need to use a compounding pharmacy to create the small dosage. If my I could take the 1mg/week I could use a regular pharmacy since 1mg is the smallest dosage made by a brand name or generic company. Maybe 1/2 a tab twice a week could work too?
    Thanks for the input.

I've been taking 1 cap of anastrozole 0.15mg mixed with DHEA 25mg every day since I started TRT in January. I have no idea why the DHEA is mixed in my bloods have shown normal levels from the start - still do.

Aden is pretty strong stuff. I'm on .5 mg weekly but it took a little trial and error to get there. I've taken it once weekly and have split it up two weekly didn't notice a big difference . I did start at .5 mg every three days and crashed my E2. Start low.

Does your BW indicate that you even need the AI?

Yes, I believe that they do. If the images are out of order I apologize, this is my first post with multiple images.

Here is my BW from Dec 20124, right before I started TRT and my BW from Feb 2015; 2 months in. Then from April 2015, and then the last one is from last week where my PCP is taking over treatment (way less expensive than an anti-aging clinic), but apparently the was a problem with determining the estrogen levels.

I'm having serious trouble reading it with my old eyes. First though, you don't want to test for total estrogens. You need to test your E2 with a sensitive assay. Testing total or simply estradiol will read higher and is geared for women. It's not sensitive enough for men who read at the lower end of the scale. Nelson Vergel has written where he has seen 10 fold differences between standard estradiol and E2 Sensitive Assays. This, obviously, can result in a misdiagnosis and subsequent overuse of AI's.

Sorry I could not read your links clearly enough.

No worries. Your eyes would have bled looking for E2 because apparently it has not been measured once on any of the labs. Only Estrogen and Estradiol were requested. I'll have to do some more research on it. Thanks.

What does your testosterone dosing schedule look like? If twice a week, I would take the adex 8-12 hours after injections. Dose will depend on blood work, but you could do half a tab or a quarter tab to start.

If in the states take a look at discountedlabs.com as they have the cheapest E2 Sens Assay out there. It's owned by Nelson Vergel.

1 shot of 200mg/week. My goal was that I could convince my Dr to switch me from compound to generic, but now it doesnt matter. I found a compounding pharmacy near me yesterday that will fill 90 caps of 0.15 anol / .25 DHEA for ony $45. Rx co-pay would be 15 for 30 day supply. So evens out.

Thanks Kelkel. I'll check them out and follow up once done.
