Well, how you feel is way more important to any scale. Just go slow with the adex and retest frequently.

So, I know it's been a few months since i've updated this thread. (all blood tests were taken a week before my appts and a day before my next injection)
I just got back from the urologist today, and had some really surprising test results
So, in november I had my TT tested and it was 626 and estradiol was 27. Now, I felt really really terrible at this point, very itchy nips, bloated, no energy, no morning wood, etc.
I went today, my TT was 328 and my estradiol was 29
When I first started a-dex, it had me back to feeling great in no time, I was waking up with strong morning wood, sex drive was better, bloat and itchy nips subsided. I feel like trying to get "dialed in" (as they say) has been somewhat of a nightmare though. One week I will feel AWESOME, and the next, feel just okay, and the next feel terrible, and then randomly, i'll take my shot and feel great again and start the whole cycle over.
I started a-dex with 1/2 a tab twice a week but I got scared of messing up my estradiol levels and driving them too low so I switched to .25mg 2x a week and then increased to a third dose so now I'm at .5 to .75mg/week (its been my understanding to take a-dex when you feel your estrogen getting out of whack so the doses vary)
So, my bloating and itchy nips are gone but the last 3 weeks or so i've been feeling really off, no morning wood, tired, somewhat irritable, interest in sex is way down, half hard boners, etc (somewhat like back in november but to a lesser extent)
    ...
So, I really dont know whats going on... what would have dropped my levels down so severely in the last 4 months? Im thinking about increasing my a-dex again to .5 2x a week but I really dont know... he prescribed me daily cialis and gave me a 30day sample pack (ive been wanting to try this for awhile) so hopefully that'll fix the half boner issue but I still dont get why sometimes I feel great and have an awesome sex drive and others I feel terrible (no where NEAR pre TRT levels). I feel like these last 9 months have been a roller coaster and even though my life has substantially improved its still no where near optimal

What was the timing difference between each test? How many days since injection, etc?

Step one is to get consistent with your adex dosing. You can't keep adjusting it. You need to stick with a protocol and make minor titrations when needed. Know that guys who cycle on 500 mgs Test the normal adex dose is .25 eod. Think about that with your dosing.
Try not to judge things based on libido. It'll F you up, to be blunt.

I believe both tests were done the day before my weekly injection. (That's how I always do it). I think you're correct in that I need to be a lot more strict with my arimidex dosing. I've been so worried about dropping estrogen too low that I've been letting it get too high and was mainly taking it when I started noticing symptoms. I took .5mg on Monday (even though i wasnt noticing any bloating or itchy nips) and woke up Tuesday feeling much better (and dryer) . I took .25mg tonight so I may try .5mg Mon .25wed and .25 fri and see how I feel there at a full mg a week. Thanks kel, I didn't realize how inconsistent I was being until you pointed it out

Edit- would you recommend a adex dosing like this or do you think I should just do .5mg 2x a week?

You need to stop micro-managing your estrogen as well as trying to diagnose high or low levels by outward appearance, bloating, etc. It just doesn't work. Many things can cause bloating such as certain foods, excess salt, etc. When it comes to itchy nips, some guys are just more sensitive in that area than others. It's not always a precursor to gyno or indicative of elevated estrogen levels. You've got to pick a dose and stick with it until you pull BW.

Refresh our memory, what is your current protocol again please?
