Awesome read! Thanks Kelkel. You always come in for the win. Gonna see what my PCP wants to do about all this tomorrow. Can't take feeling like ass anymore and if he says to wait longer for more TRT, I might dip into my stash anyways.

How long does it take for your system to level off after last test pin?

Can't really answer that. Depends on how high your serum levels were.

Well my PCP was no help today. He agreed with the endo in that we should wait the full 3 months to see how my system levels out so I guess I'll just be riding it out until next month. He also stated that he'd like to see my labs done in the morning before 10 am seeing as how the last ones were done at 3 pm. I mean really, how much difference can it make when my test level is all the way down to 225 and e2 is at 10? Maybe 50 to 75 more on the test which would still have me at a low level for 40 y/o.

Well, he's correct in wanting to see what your peak endogenous production is. That said, as we age the levels actually rise and fall much less than when younger. Younger guys could have a several hundred point swing from morning to night.
