Low T
I have been working out on and off for 15 years. Took 6 years off due to wife having breats cancer. She pass away 3 years ago and now I am getting back in the gym. (It's rough lol) I have been super lethargic in the last year so I had my test levels checked. In July it was at 68 and my dr was worried and put me on injections. Twice a month of testosterone 200.
My 3 questions are:
1st. being depressed and constant worry with the 6 years she was in chemo, would that contribute to Low testosterone ?
2nd. It is all I can do to get my ass in the gym. I go 3 days a week and I still vant get enough energy to get a decent work out.
3rd. could I benefit results, cost, and just over all focus from doing a cycle of t 400?
A friend (lol) said I should try it and see.
Whats your thoughts and opinions?
Thanks

sorry for your loss ,400 mg of test will give you way above normal levels, the goal for trt is to stay in normal levels no higher than 1500 nl/dl. and yes severe depression can contribute to low T

How's your blood work look, explore other options but not likely the extra test will help unless you are still low.

I'd bet your diet and sleep routines have more to do with your lethargy than anything. You can't blame low t on a hunch it needs to be confirmed with blood work.
