Thanks Kel Good Read!!
Good Stuff!!
"Overall, TT and FT levels were significantly higher in men receiving injectable T than in T gel or pellet groups."
Stuff too Monitor:
" Erythrocytosis also occurred significantly earlier in men on injectable T formulations when compared with the other two formulations. For this study, we defined erythrocytosis as Hct ≥ 50%
Specifically, injectable T formulations are associated with significant increases in E and higher erythrocytosis rates relative to T gels and pellets, possibly related to elevated mean or peak T levels."

Thanks, Kel. It's good to see studies that actually apply science to T replacement vs. the usual gloom and doom info that seems to be prevalent.
Fairly recent .gov study too, which is always good to see. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Thanks for this Kel. I think gels and pellets are kind of like instant coffee. You don't have to think too much or work too hard to make a cup - and it's not for real coffee drinkers.
This is not to offend those who use them. I've used both and it was a good deal before I had educated myself on TRT and the choices I had. When I knew more, I was able to make a choice that was better for me - shots - and what I should look out for.Last edited by 2Sox; 11-20-2015 at 12:46 AM.

The last time I was at my docs we chatted about topical vs these small sq shots, and he said, "I'll write you a scrip for a box of testim too, and try it and see how you like it."
Well, I like it a lot. I feel just as good and honestly I need only a tiny smidge of gel inside my arm, and I don't have to deal with ampoules and lumps from the jabs (sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't).
I only need a tiny bit, so obviously it's a different thing to a man's dose, but I would have thought I would not have liked a gel, and it's great for me with no downside. So it's worth checking these things out.
