Based on what I see, everything is in range except for your estradiol levels look low. This is of course based on the reference ranges you posted from your BW. Estradiol can certainly crash your libido if you have too little. Men still need to have some to function so if you're taking an AI, you may want to consult with your doctor on the dosage. Another thing you may want to check is your thyroid. Specifically your TSH, Free T4, and Free T3 hormones. If they are too low, that will also cause libido to drop off.
I feel your pain brother. I am also a low T guy and have been for years. Finally am able to do something about it and get back to the way I'm supposed to feel. Hope this helps.

Did you check your prolactin?. It can be bad even if e2 and test is ok. I think elevated prolactin is worse than e2. E2 fades low when your test fades low after the cycle, but the stubborn prolactin just hang in there....Specially when you thougth you didnt need a DA for this one and the guy in the street dont even know what a DA is.

Your estradiol is far too low. You're not taking any aromatase inhibitors (prescription or OTC)? There aren't many guys who can get by with their estradiol so low. I've never seen that range before, which methodology was used to measure it? Seems really narrow.
Your thyroid isn't exactly ideal either...well, based on your TSH and t4 it's not. I'm definitely not an expert there but I'd say that it warrants further evaluation for sure.

out of fear and ignorance I took once a day ad blocker called eradicate from Blackstone labs.it claims to be a strong blocker and some people use during post I was worried about the horror stories of gynecomastia . it showed a dosing of three times a day with meals I took it once a day and skipped several days just because I've forgotten but I am off of it now as far as the test I don't know what method or what range other than what I posted these are the first ones I've gotten to hold in my hands and read for myself

I read your pm skinin. The nurse practitioner is clueless about TRT. Dismissing free T and estrogen levels as useless shows her lack of knowledge in this area. As discussed in a prior thread twice weekly injections is probably optimal, but many can do just fine on once per week. That said, twice weekly will help with estrogen levels by virtue of less injected at one time = less turnover to estrogen. Speaking of which, I'm very suspect of your estradiol level as Chauffeur referenced. The standard estradiol test is geared for women. Men need a sensitive estrogen assay for accuracy. Standard estradiol has been know to read many times higher than it should in men. High estrogen can equal low libido, erection problems, etc.
When it comes to prolactin and the sudden jump you've experienced, there's got to be a reason for it. Your thyroid was referenced and can be a cause of elevated prolactin via hypothyroidism. The range given for your TSH is also old. A more modern range is .3 - 3.0. of which you are over the top. Hypothyroidism is a direct cause of hypogonadism. Even sub-clinical hypothyroidism can suppress testosterone levels . Which makes me wonder about your initial diagnosis as many doc's don't understand the impact the thyroid has on T levels. High prolactin can equal low libido, erection problems, etc.
Also know that TRT takes time. For many people it can take 6 months to a year to be fully dialed in. TRT won't solve thyroid or prolactin problems. This is where a good physician comes into play. Title really doesn't matter, just that they know hormones and thyroid function.
Don't give up on this skinin.Last edited by kelkel; 10-21-2015 at 06:23 PM.

Thanks for reply. I feel like I should continue @ original dosage but split twice weekly until I see the endo doctor. And hope that she has her crap together. As far as the libido issues I have a few samples that hopefully will work in the meantime Thanks for the input

where do you get the supplies to draw the blood? do pharmacies carry such items or buy them from the online labs?
and just as an update I've been off the over-the-counter E blocker for 3 or 4 days now and some things are starting to start again. Lol my morning buddy has been seen lately, hoping that's a sign of good things to come.Last edited by skinin_bonz; 10-22-2015 at 12:44 PM.

Lol you're not actually going to be drawing your own blood.
You pay for a hormone panel/lab test, they send you a lab order for those tests, you take the order to a Labcorp/Quest Diagnostics lab and have your blood drawn like you normally would if your doctor ordered them.
