It's very dependent on the individual. Some of us get great results on very low doses, others will need significantly more to achieve the same hormone levels.

The recommended starting dose is typically 100mg/week, split into 2 injections of 50mg every 3.5 days. Titrate up or down as needed based on bloodwork and symptom relief.

Yes, 2 x 50 seems ok. I tried 3 x 50 g test p for a month and it eleveted my level to 1100 ng/dl, which is too much i guess for trt.
