You want to see it at or below 50. Yours isn't that high but I would keep an eye on it and donate blood

The range doesn't change just because you're on TRT.
It would be a good idea to donate blood soon, and keep an eye on your HCT and RBC regularly as it will likely continue to go up over time.

5 dl grapefruitjuice a day. If it not lowers hct it reduses the bad consequences from it.

Not everyone fits exactly into the lab ranges for HCT, but it is considered safer to keep it @/below 50% if possible. However, some of us naturally run a tad higher. See if you can find some of your pre-TRT labs and see how your HCT has run in the past. Make sure you discard labs pulled close to any time you were on cycle if you have used AAS in the past.
By the way, have you had a respiratory infection or.been sick recently? There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

My HCT ran 51-54 (up from my normal 46-47) for the first 6-7 months of TRT. I donated blood every 56 days to keep up on it. It has since normalized again, but I continue to give blood regularly.
