Feeling crappy after lowering T dose; will I eventually "readjust"??

I've had to lower my Test Cyp dose, because my T levels had doubled after loosing weight. It's been just over 5 weeks now, since lowering the dose, and I've been feeling crappy over the past week… Sore and achey, low energy and just generally having a hard time maintaining my same level of intensity in my workout routine. Even getting going in the mornings has been a challenge.

Is this something that will eventually work itself out as my body re-adjusts to the new T levels?

Usually at this point you should have bw done. You are basically having to get dialed in again. If your test levels have doubled, it doesn't equate to halving your dose.

Problem is you don't really know if it's even related to T levels. BW will clue you in.

So true. On the light side: A guy could lower his test levels, then lose his job, find his girl left him, get his parked car hit - all in the same day. I'll bet he'll feel a little crappy for awhile.

Why don't you tell us what dose you were taking, what dose you're on now and what else is in your protocol and if anything else has changed? It would be useful in helping you out

    OP,
What's going on with your sleep patterns lately? We often underestimate the important effect of this factor in our daily lives. Sooo many things can be at play here. I have BPH and get up many times during the night to urinate. This makes me feel exhausted during the day necessitating nap time almost daily. Awareness is the key.

We still don't know the things that were asked you about the exact changes in your protocol.
