Always sleep with one arm under pillow and last week arms have been getting completely numb. Multiple times a night and noticed softer erections. Thinking my hematocrit is high and made an appointment to donate blood on Friday. Does this seem like the reason? I'm thinking thicker blood poor blood circulation, any thoughts?

i'm in the process of doing that but in the meantime was just curious if this was a common symptom that's why I was asking based on peoples experience.

sleeping on 1 side all the time could pinch the nerves causing numbness. and hence a poor sleep which could lead to lower libido etc. there can be numerous reasons for this situation.
