Long time and many brain cells later
Hey brothers. I am back although it has been a decadent and trying few years since I really was here.
First, I have been off and on trt - I have tried pellets, arm pit gel and ug gear.
I have had the cash to do all of these things and been too broke to afford any of them at times.
I have been desperate to get back where I was, and at times have not really given a shit.
I have had great jobs and have been unemployed for months at a time.
Bottom line is I have become a lazy unmotivated fat ass agaIn. And with my total t result yesterday of 90 I can see why.
This morning I started a new chapter with a 1ml shot in the arse again. I hope that I can overcome the dumbass syndrome that has plagued me for the past few years and become the man I once was.
This group was my family once, and I enjoyed the friendships I made, and the help I received and gave was very meaningful to me.
Anyway, I am looking forward to the road to recovery and all of y'alls help in advance.

Welcome back. Not knowing much about you or your history can I put forward this.
Get a script, inject subQ easier and cheaper than Dr visits weekly. Twice a week, keep your E in check thru less conversion of T to E.
If $ is a problem, use your script to buy thru an online pharmacy. Risky, but find a reputable one. Your Dr , if you have decent one won't take advantage of you.

Thanks guys. Already feel better. But when you are at 90 I would assume the ride will be fun on the way up.
Cardio is first to lower upper body fat and stop conversion - tried to lower bf before re starting trt but just couldn't. So a little backwards but I'll get there. Good success with lower carb and test last time. Trying that again. Cardio before any calorie intake first thing in the morning.
Really good old to be back.

I remember you, welcome back. Remember, it's 25 miles into the woods & 25 miles out. No use beating yourself up, just get consistent again & the results will come. Good luck...

Remember you as well, good to see an old member back. Sounds like you have some miles on ya and maybe a story and wisdom to offer as time passes?
Keep your chin up brother, one day/one week at a time. Stay consistent and keep motivated and in no time the transformation will take place.
Good luck

I do have many stories - mostly what not to do. But I do hope to contribute again as I work my way back! It is really good to hear from you all.
