How long can you run Test Replacement?

    5ft 11in. 36yr. 10 previous cycles or so
    AR member 10+ Years

One recent blood test was 220, a second test 640. A test a year ago I was at 300

My levels seem to be fluctuating weekly. Main sides are tiredness, down moods and poor workout recovery. Also gained some fat and lagging in the gym.

My question is, if I were to jump on HRT, how long could someone run this?
Would you jump on and never come off?

Anyone here on the boards run HRT for long periods of time? 10yrs?

I want to level myself out and feel more consistent.

Any questions or advice would be appreciated.

First figure out how many years you plan on living. Then figure you can run TRT just as long as your plan doesn't run out.

TRT is forever. And if you get it right, you'll feel great.

Your Test levels are quite inconsistent. My question is what were the variables for each one? Meaning was the BW done at different times after different cycles, thus you're in a different state of HPTA recovery for each pull? If so, I'd recommend staying off for a longer period of time, live as healthy a lifestyle as possible and pull periodic BW to fully assess your levels.

Remember, your endogenous testosterone levels can be effected my many other things, such as hypothyroidism, cortisol, prolactin, even pathologies etc., which makes it a good idea to pull more detailed BW to see where the problem lies. Yes, it very well may be related to years of cycles but then again, maybe not.

To your question, TRT is a great thing when needed. Anyone who cares about their health will be on it sometime in their life, imho.
