Alright so being that i dont have i surance i was able to convince my dr to switch me to shots. Seems like shes not to knowledgable on hrt. She said i will be taking shots every 2-4 weeks. How can i convince her to do weekly shots ? She said the reason is its the most economical. Is that true?

If you are doing your own shot just split the dose into weekly shot or better yet twice weekly. Syringes/needles are extremely cheap. Since you don't have insurance look up goodrx.

You are correct. She does not know hormones or TRT. Nor does she understand the half-life of testosterone . Hell, she's not even dosing on it's terminal life!
Test has about a 5-7 day half-life which is why shots need to be weekly at a minimum. Look at this and you'll see why. Show it to her:

Ok thanks yeah i have to find a nee dr. Hope it will be easy because i have acript and bloodwork already done. She wanted to inject herself 100 mg every 4 weeks. Absolutely rediculous

I recently have reduced my dose to 140 per week. Had blood pulled on day 9, I did not want to inject on day 7 and have blood pulled 2 days later for fear the level would be to high so I skipped my injection. My total T was 212! I could only imagine what 100 per wk would look like on week 3????
