Tesosterone forever safe? Please review my weekly cycle

I am 50 years old and new to the site.

This has been my weekly cycle:
day1 .6ml Testosterone , .5ml Sermoelin
day2 .45ml HCG , .5ml Sermoelin
day3 .25mg Anastrozole .5ml Sermoelin
day4 .5ml Sermoelin
day5 .45ml HCG, .5ml Sermoelin
day6 .5ml Sermoelin
day7 repeat day1

Before starting, IGF 127, SHBG 17, Testo:350

I started on Testosterone & HCG in early June-5 months ago

Started Sermoelin early September-3 months ago

I have been getting regular blood work (just did IGF, but do not have results back yet). My estradiol was near zero, but finally after tweaking a very low dose of Anastrazole is around 22. SHBG now 23.9, Testosterone: 1000+

Generally feel good. Have been getting lots of complements on how I look.

Questions
1)
Initially, w testosterone only, my testicles had shrunk (shut down?)
After starting HCG back to normal
Tried to reduce HCG to .35ml, testicles shrank
Even at .45ml HCG they are smaller than a yr ago
Am I doing harm?

2)
Can I stay on this cycle forever?
Safe?
Issues?
Suggestions?

I had asked the Dr. this before and he said the theory is to remove Testosterone, then remove HCG, and remain on Sermoelin only. But that seems like a theory not a reality--that I will stay on this cycle unless I change it.

Is this a clinic you go to for treatment?
Assuming your test is 200 mgs per ml you're doing 120 mgs per week, right?
How many mcg's of sermorelin?
How many IU's HCG as volume tells us nothing. Depends on how you mix it.
Why did you start on adex immediately?
When was BW pulled relative to your last injection that shows a 1K plus T level?

It's normal for testies to shrink without HCG. Sometimes they don't come back all the way. Mine didn't but seriously it does not matter. No, you are not doing any harm. Yes, you can stay on this forever contingent on BW and making necessary titrations to stay healthy.

Your doctors theory is retarded. Sermorelin will not replace testosterone . Regarding adding more compounds I think you should deep doing what you're doing for now. Give your current protocol time to work. 5 months is not much time.

You will get bored of constant daily injections. Sermorelin is great, but testosterone is the base you can't live with out. Try ditching the sermorelin , I was on ipamorelin and stopped. Your choice, but for me I couldn't keep up the daily pining.

Split dose of test to twice a week and pin hcg at same time. . Smaller doses will eliviate estrogen conversion, you may not need anastrzole by doing this.

Small balls are only an issue if you want kids in the future at 50 I doubt that, so maybe inject hcg at the same time and adjust dosage to suit the new pinning schedule.

Upto you, your bloods look great, but for me, I'd just review the constant pinning. And get your schedule adjusted so you pin on the same day everyweek for simplicity.

I live in a very small city. I am using a combination of a local doctor and anti aging one in California (he has a regular practice, I am his only email patient).

I am taking:
120 mg Testosterone per 6 day
1000mcg Sermorelin per day > 7000mcg/6 day
900 iu HCG x 2 week > 1800iu/6 day

Started adex (hcg?) because I felt testicles shrinking

What was interesting of creating this chart is that my Testosterone level has continued to increase. i.e. 6 day level was 815, now it was 1092. Perhaps should reduce from 120mg to something less?

As far as daily injection or having a 6 day cycle, this does not bother me.

Too much test. I'd lower it to 80mg weekly and reassess.

Agree with Bona. Too much test. Also to much HCG . It's really not necessary to inject that much HCG. The norm is aabout 250 IU's x 2 or 3 per week. It can also exacerbate E issues.

I just got my blood tests

Testosterone 4 days after test was 659 -- a lot lower than I would have expected
Estradiol 42
SHBG 20
IGF went from 127 to 198 since I started on Sermoelin

I will be going to a 3 day cycle. Still trying to decide if HCG should be on same day of Testosterone or a day after. Thoughts?

You seem to know what your talking about. Would you check my profile and see if you have any advice for me. What isn't on my profile is that because of many, many years on very strong opiate and synthetic opiates is am now what they call hypogonadal. My last blood work showed i am 149 on 302 to 1200 testosterone scale. Only one of my last four checks was over 200, and one just under 100. My doctors say they don't believe in hormone therapy. Yet, all i hear from everyone else is i am insane not too be on hormones. I don't even know where to start. Profile tell you who i am and what happened to put me here. Would you take a look....please.
