isn't there a company that can do this online for people? I can't go through my insurance provider.

how would one go about something like this on there own. carefully of course, but where to go and how much will it cost?

i'm average 570 or 506. -something like that. The plan is too become high normal. I want to stay inconspicuous and not put on hardly any weight. i'd prefer to lean up a little. i'm looking for better sports type of performance.
