Post cycle while on TRT question

When coming off a cycle, is there anything special you guys on TRT do or do you just go back to TRT dose?
I'm having those post cycle blues and wondered if you up your AI or SERM or whatever.
Mid-cycle BW was perfect. Waiting 6 weeks before doing more BW. Does that sound long enough?
I was running 500mg test c for 8 weeks so nothing crazy.

Just go back to your TRT dose but continue running your cycle dose of AI for about two weeks.
Hopefully you "upped" your AI while on cycle. Big difference between AI and Serms.
Six weeks is just fine.
Eight weeks is really not long enough, imho. Long esters take about 4-5 weeks to even really kick in and produce results. It's why 12 weeks is the norm.

Gained 18# and finally broke 17" on my arms.

So started at 210 and ended at 228. Dropped the 8 in water pretty quickly but staying around 220.

To me a 10# solid gain is pretty good at nearly 60 years old!
