    Really the only way to know is by running labs. 100 mg each week is a pretty standard starting dose

    E2 was 26 but that was considered high since I have low SHBG

    Free T was a bit out of top of the range
    Total t was 350 but that's normal again because I have low SHBG.

    How long you been on trt? It could just be your natural t and the test you added were working together before your own test stopped producing.
