I know I am going to get a few chuckles over this one.

Once a week or once every two weeks. I get a little extra tightness and a mild throbbing in the testicles.

It's bothering me a little today. After a self exam. I noticed that my actual testicles are higher up in ball sack than usual.

I have noticed this in the past. Usually after a rub, everything returns to normal and my testicles go back to their normal position lower in the sack.

I thought HCG was supposed to prevent this?

Your balls move up or down in order to self regulate temperature. In summer your balls will hang low to get away from your body heat in order to cool down. In winter or cold temps they move up to get warm.

This is normal and when you rub them, they heat up and drop to become cooler.

Try soaking your balls in a glass of chilled water and see what happens.

The aching can be of some concern. If you are new to trt then it could be your testes shrinking /atrophy. I had the same pain when I started trt. After you settle into a constant schedule your maracas shouldn't hurt . What are you taking at the moment?

Also Get your girl to hold ice in her mouth and lick your Nutsack at the same time, you will find they will shrink back and engorge at the same time. Awesome experiment. Recommend it.

I've been on TRT for 3 years. Got dialed in pretty good this past year.

80mg of Test Cyp 2 x a Week, 250 iu's of HCG 2 x a week, same days. .25mg of Arimidex 2 x a week same days also.

Pretty average doses overall.

Hmmm 3 years is definitely long enough. I'm at a loss. Go to an urologist if it is a concern
