What is the concentration of your testosterone ?
If it's 200mg/ml, you're injecting 225mg of testosterone per week. That's an incredibly high dose for most of us, and would certainly explain why you aren't feeling well.
A dose like that is likely to send your estradiol through the roof, which will result in symptoms that you've described.
Post up your most recent labs from this protocol and we can see what the problem(s) may be.

the problem is you are injecting weekly.
do this...
split your dose in half- inject tuesday night and sat morning.
post up the following:
testosterone strength? eg 250mg/ml
any other drugs prescribed by your dr?
what are your doses of those drugs?
your height and weight- approx body fat %- guess if you dont know.
if you want to fix this i expect full answers and dont be one of thos that posts us5 posts and then dissapears off the forum- be involved and learn- its your body spotty!!

I take .70 from a 1 ml bottle I am going to get blood work next week and post results. If I do it twice a week can I get away with a smaller needle beings less test? I'm 5.10 185 work out 4 to five days a week mainly weights some cardio. Not a clue on body fat

Pull your BW the day of your next injection, but BEFORE the injection. This will give you a trough level.
.70 from a one ML bottle. That doesn't give us the strength. Is it 200 mg per ml, 250 mg per ml?
Splitting the dose as Simon mentioned will give you more stable serum T levels and help with estrogen conversion as well.
Yes, when injecting smaller amounts you can even inject subcutaneously with an insulin needle into abdominal fat. Many here like it and it's proven effective.
