Erratic testosterone BW readings
For the last year I have been injecting 1cc of 200mg cypionate into my glutes every eight days using a one-inch spike. Along with that I take .5 Arimidex every four days to keep me in the twenties range and 50 mg of DHEA daily. I get doctor-ordered blood work done every three months and three months ago my total testosterone showed 295 and free testosterone 3. This BW was done on the morning of the eighth day or day of injection so I anticipated/intended for a low number but was certainly surprised by how low it came out.
My guess is that this is not normal and my doctor suggested that I could be pumping more testosterone out because I wrestle so much in jiu jitsu. I am sixty three years old but still roll five seven-minute rounds, four days a week which at any age is considered vigorous exercise. I only lift weights for major muscle groups one day a week and do yoga on the others.
Now for the strange part...to test this theory I switched to .5cc 200mg every four days and now inject it into my deltoids. Last week my total testosterone jumped to 1195 and free testosterone 33.3 which because this also raised my cortisol to 28, alarmed my doctor. My hematocrit remained constant at 47.5. But due to a recent surgery, also did not train at all during the last two months.
Add to all that my libido is as low as before starting TRT, so I must use vitamin V for sex.
Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

thats typical- shorter timeframes between pinning usually results in less conversion to E and higher all round test. keep up the new protocol

To be honest, my doctor is senile and shouldn't be practicing because he has no idea what is going on due to what I suspect is dementia. I just started with him because under ObamaCare, the way he writes things up my office visits are $15 and testosterone is $3 for 10cc vial. I pay full pop--$20 for the Arimadex.
Should I be concerned about the thyroid and CRP levels? I don't know what those are but I did throttle back from injecting .5cc every four days to every five days. That 1195 score was also taken on injection day so I assume the peak was much higher. But with this regimen I am less restless at night.

So is it better to pin less testosterone every four days or stick with .5 every five days?

Yes, the reason your levels are so low the original way is the time between injections. Because the half-life of the hormone isn't that long, even at an increased dose by the time you get to 2wks there isn't much testosterone left in your body.

So all seemed well injecting .5cc testosterone every five days and .5 Arimadex every four days. Estrodiol was at 21 and testosterone at 1100. Then a month ago, to contend with low libido, I starting using 500 units of HCG every four days. When I had my estrodiol checked last week it had dropped to 5!
What could have caused this?
Should I now stop the Arimadex or just cut the dosage?

1. I pin 50mgs of test cyp twice a week along with 250mgs of hCG twice a week. This keeps my levels steady.
2. My injections are sub-q and that has made a word of difference. I have higher, steadier levels without the need for an AI because there's isn't a big spike in test.
3. I have nailed my protocol down so that I don't need any AI. It's hard to time the AI dosing with the test because the adex has a much shorter half-life. Using an AI can not only bounce your e2 all over the place but it can do the same to your test levels. It's all a balancing act.
