Blasting shot frequency while on nebido?

I've been on trt (nebido, test undecanoate) for several years and have done a couple of blasts by adding 400-500mg of test cyp for 10-12 weeks. Each time I continued to do 1/2 of the weekly dose of cyp every 3 1/2 days.
My question: because I am not shutting down my own production but have the nebido running in the background, is there any need or advantage to do 2 shots a week of test cyp vs just doing all 500mg once a week?

There are still peaks and valleys, even with elevated test levels. Remember your Cyp will have about a 5-7 day half life. That said, would you physically notice the difference between once per week or twice? Probably not, but twice per week will help control estrogen as well as give you a smoother ride, imho.

Makes sense. Thanks. My thoughts were the valleys would not be nearly as low with the undecanoate running in the background but why risk extra sides. I will do 2 shots/week.

Spartan I'm curious where the TU keeps your levels and the frequency of your injections? You're in the states so I assume you're on Aveed?

I started my trt with with a dr. here in the US. Initially gel and then cyp. My dr. was not very good so I took it upon myself to start on nebido before it was approved here. I have had great success for several years but plan to get under a Drs. care again after my current blast.
I have gotten frequent blood work with all the required tests. My only issue has been controlling hematocrit with blood donations 3-4 times a year. I take my regular nebido dose at 11 weeks(I fealt a noticeable drop-off if I waited any longer). I initially took examastane but to easily crashed my estrogen. I have not needed this ancillary for the last couple of years except during blast. Estrogen stays in the normal range on its own. My last bloodwork had total test around 900 and free test just under 30 at about 6-7 weeks from shot.

^ to add to the topic, could you go little more in detail at what dosage nebido injections are done and whats the frequency? one intramuscular injection 1000mg test @ 2.5ml? every 10-11weeks?
