Shocked by blood work results, is this a strange situation? [My story]

Will try to keep this as brief as possible. I'm a 29yo male with a lifelong history of symptoms that I've been itching to solve: weak erection/ED, depression, fatigue and even gyno. I have a decent build and obviously hit the weights hard but it's always seemed that it's MUCH harder for me to put on muscle and a LOT easier to gain weight.

I actually had the gyno removed by surgery about 4 years ago and to my distress I noticed that it started coming back. That put me on a mission to solve these problems once and for all. At this point, I was absolutely certain I must have low testosterone that was causing these issues. I finally saw an endo who tested me, said the results came out fine although estradiol was pretty high, and that there was nothing to worry about.

I'm posting these results here along with some questions because this forum has been incredibly helpful in my understanding of these things over the past month.

Here are the results from the endo:

    Test:
    748 ng/dL
    (250-1100 ng/dL)

    Free Test:
    112 pg/mL
    (35-155 pg/mL)

    FSH:
    6.1 mIU/mL
    (1.6-8.0 mIU/mL)

    Estradiol: 30 pg/mL
    (< or = 29 pg/mL)
    barely out of range

    Free Estradiol: .59 pg/mL.
    (< or = .45 pg/mL)
    WAY OUT OF RANGE!

    SHBG: 41 nmol/L
    (10-50 nmol/L)
    is this high?
    Prolactin:
    9.1 ng/mL
    (2-18 ng/mL)

I'm totally confused by these results because I was pleasantly surprised at these T ranges and now I don't know what to do. I think my symptoms are being cause by high Free E2 but what's weird is that I don't even see that "free" e2 mentioned on other people's test results.

I'm not really sure how to interpret this and the endo is just saying everything is fine. If there is one thing I know it's that everything is NOT FINE and I'm determined to solve this through science and the help of this and other communities because I am a problem solver.

My next step is to get a sensitive E assay and another T test since this was a couple months ago.

In the meantime, assuming those results hold up I am thinking of implementing an AI and perhaps a SARM to help with the gyno. That is what my reading is telling me would be the best course of action in order to bring Free E2 down and hopefully get rid of these physical and emotional symptoms.

Am I reading these results correctly?
Would an AI help in this situation or is there a better solution?
Are there any options I'm ignoring?

Truly ANY THOUGHTS or comments that you guys may have would be very appreciated. I've learned a lot on here already and I hope you have some input on my particular situation because I'm somewhat confused at the moment...

    Much love.

PS - This is my first post so if I've broken any rules I apologize, let me know and I will edit.
