Anastrozle capsules

My doctor prescribed me .5mg twice weekly for my Anastrozle. It's too much and I know this. Apparently the LowT service is using a different pharmacy and they don't do tablets which can be cut. It took two weeks to even get it. Is there an issue with taking the .5mg capsule and opening them up and using half a capsule twice weekly? It's my only option and I refuse to crash my e2 again. Thoughts?

I did exactly that for a year and a half with my original clinic, no issues whatsoever. Half the powder, half the dosage...

You can even buy your own capsules and encapsulate the lesser amount if you felt like taking the time.

Just came home to find that my prescription arrived. I have no idea what they did, but I received five capsules total and they're all 1.25mg. My doc prescribed .5mg twice per week (which I was going actually do .25mg twice per week as last time I had .5mg twice per week I crashed my e2...no fun.) So now they sent me one month's worth and at the wrong dosage. I'm so incredibly frustrated since they changed ownership. They're very nice people to talk to, but the transition is quite rough and I don't know how long it will take them to get it straightened out. Hope they do though, I would like to stay with them if they can get it ironed out over there. I'm frustrated as they never sent any mention of changing ownership (LowT). I found out by trying to place my refill order to find out the website is dead. Supposedly a new one will be launched on May 1st.
