Curious why you think someone would not be successful with it?

They go through testosterone wayyyy faster, although they get more free t but more free t means more free estradiol

If you do a research, a lot of low shbg guys are having a hard time with trt..

Well, I've never seen a study to back that up. If you have one please post it up as I'd love to read about it. What you're describing is a hyper-excreter or "Metabolizer," not someone who simply has low shbg. Low SHBG is not a problem as long as it's not coupled with someone who's pre-diabetic or manifests conditions that otherwise fit Metabolic Syndrome.

But as stated. I'm more than willing to read and learn from anything you can provide. Love reading studies, as odd as that may sound....

I'm glad you do. I have a hard time keeping up with new info on my own.

Accelerated a little for sure, but again not to the point of a hyper-excreter. No where near it. Matter of fact I've heard Nelson comment that he'd love to have low shbg.

Real interesting subject Hydro. Care to share what protocol's you've tried and what's worked or not worked with us? We all learn from this stuff!

    I qoute from various threads

"With SHBG levels that low, I suspect you would actually do best with small daily testosterone injections. Best of luck!" Dr Justin Saya, MD

"A lower SHBG, because it allows increased metabolization/excretion of testosterone, must be accounted for when evaluating labs" Dr John Crisler

I myself have low shbg, and my total T is in 200 300s... But high Free T. I don't just feel that great on TRT... I inject E3.5D, 40mg. I have never tried SUBQ ED injections with Prop because that's just a pain in the ass

Increased excretion yes, hyper - no. But those guys are hard to argue with for sure! What type of protocol are you considering changing to Hydro?

I'm under range @ 14.7 on a scale of 16.5-55.9, but my Test numbers were perfect at my trough. It may become an issue at some point for me, but if there's an issue right now, I don't know about it!
