Thank you for going over my post and adding your knowledge and opinions kelkel. I'll just have to wait and see how the ultrasound and prolactin/cortisol test come back. Like I said, I see him again in two weeks so at that time I'll post again what he thinks is going on and what treatment plan he wants me to follow. I'll be interested in seeing his plan.
If I get the results of the ultrasound or lab work before my next appointment I'll post them up as well.
Until then, thank you very much for all of your help so far.

I just got back from my ultrasound. The nurse who did the ultrasound said that she did not see any varicoceles, trauma or atrophy that stood out to her, but that the radiologist and imaging would be looking at the results and will send over the official results to my doctor in one to two days. She also noted that the cyst was the same size as it was in 2008 at my last ultrasound.
I'll update when I get the official results from the doctors office.

Doctor just called with the official results. No varicoceles or trauma. They just noted the 4mm cyst on the left and a new 2mm cyst on the right.
Interested to get kelkel's thoughts on these results.
