Timing of AI?
My current schedule looks like this;
Tue - 250 iu HCG
Wed - 250 iu HCG
Thu - 160 mg Test Cyp
Fri - .5 mg Arimidex
Is that pretty normal timing, or do some people take a lower dose of AI more often?
Just not feeling great lately; feeling emotional at sad commercials, can't sleep, irritable. Wanting to try something different and then have some more BW done.

160mg is a hefty dose for TRT.
IF BW shows it is OK I would still do 80mg two times per week.
Arimidex should be taken EOD or E3D.
I would try something more like....
Sun-80mg test, .25mg Arimidex
Tues- HCG 250iu
Wed night- 80mg test, .25mg Arimidex
Fri- HCG 250iu
IMHO-
for most people. TRT shouldn't require an AI.
You would probably be better served doing 50mg twice a week with no AI.
Think about it this way, does a healthy man in his 20s need an AI to keep his estrogen in check...

Dfwo, my schedule is identical to yours, different days but identical. Personally I would get fresh blood work done before I tweaked anything. You could cut your amount lower but without knowing exactly where you are this could backfire.

my dosages are virtually the same , albeit with adjustments - but im dialled in and serum levels optimised.

Tues pm, Sat am- 75 mg test E (0.3 IU- 250mg/ml)
Tues pm, Sat am- 1/4 tab of anastrozole (invest in a pill cutter)
NO hcg - BUT ID LIKE TO AT SOME STAGE

Vitamin D3- 5000iu daily ( leave them in the car )
