Clomid Therapy - Six month results

    Guys,

Just wanted to post these results for any members present or future that are discussing Clomid TRT with their doctor. Here is a snapshot from my bloodwork dating back about six months:

Very good my man, can you please share more on your dosing protocol?

Did you started on one and same dose and ran trough out or did you had to titrate up or down? Sides? Emotional, physiological, psychological effects you've notices?

    Much appreciated

    Thanks

Thanks Bud! My protocol has been the same since the initial consultation:

    25mg Clomid every day
    25mg Arimidex twice a week
    25mg DHEA every night

But, they actually just changed it this past Friday to:
25mg Clomid every other day to see if my levels will stabilize on their own.
25mg Arimidex three times a week
    35mg DHEA every night

Next labs are in about 90 days.

How did you feel with your E2 level near the top of the range?
The most current BW your E2 looks fine. Why are they adding more adex? Was something bothering you?
Also curious why they're upping the DHEA dosage as I did not see BW to warrant it?

I was under assumption that clomid mono-therapy should not require AI, and Kel mentioning about DHEA I feel it may be the very reason for E2 spike?

Not that simple. Increase testosterone = increased estrogen so BW is the answer. And it's definitely possible that DHEA caused a spike in E2. It all depends on how the op's pathways direct the flow of his hormone cascade.

Kelkel.. I wish I had a more intelligent answer for you. I didn't speak with Dr. Saya this time I spoke to his Nurse "Jill".

I didn't report any complaints to her, but when we discussed the changes in both the Arimidex and the DHEA it was basically her saying that she wanted to get the E2 down and the DHEA up a little. Nothing more, nothing less unfortunately. Should I be concerned with these changes?

    Hi xLoganx,

Could you tell us a little more about how you are feeling on this protocol?

Was there a specific time when you started to notice differences?

I noticed after one month your T levels didn't rise all that much but then at the 6 month much they were significantly higher.

I just started 12.5 mg clomid everyday and haven't really noticed any changes yet. I'm wondering what types of effects you felt/are feeling from the clomid.

    Thanks!
