Sure thing generally. For our standard program we have a 15 week 200mg that comes with HCG , anastrozole, syringes, alcohol swabs and a sharps container for $750.
This comes to $200 per month. We don't do any commitments because programs are very individualized and once your dosages have been titrated through symptomatology and confirmed with lab work we will know EXACTLY what you need on the second one.
My point is for a standard 15 week TRT program with ancillaries and devices it will never be more than that and chances are it will be less.
We also have no problem filling out your insurance reimbursement form or you can use your HSA card. We just cant guarantee what or if anything will be covered and that happens after program receipt.
Aside from the standard TRT we have a plethora of programs available to the doctor. You can check out our products tab here:

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you!

Well some of our Canadian brethren have addresses here So our pharmacies will ship to all 50 states in the US as long as an adult can sign for the package.
So many guys have their own ways of getting it done, but its fairly easy to accomplish, as long as you have recent diagnostics and a physical exam.
Look forward to speaking with you.

Welcome! Is it all right to PM you if we have a question about the blood work necessary before treatment?

Thank you!
I am sorry for some reason my pm's are not working. I cant see likes either
Emailing would be best, [email protected] comes directly to me.
To get started though here is all we really need:
CBC
CMP
Lipid
Testosterone level
We do however suggest for those that have never been on TRT get the full panel to develop a baseline of as many things as possible to have that data going forward.
For guys that have been on TRT before or currently the full panel is not a necessity.
Our follow up panel for $199 is:
CBC
CMP
Lipid
TT
FT
E2
But yes sir if you have your own lab work if it is recent we can definitely accept that.
The best way, because rules in some states are different, is to fill out the patient forms embedded on the site and submit your labs. Then we can communicate through email or I will call and we can go over your options.
Our NY and NJ clients have a different set up with more options and you can swipe your insurance for labs at those locations.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

This sounds closer to lowT that I've been happy with for the last two years. My program has been dialed for the last year at 300mg test/700iu Hcg per week (no anazatrol) so how would that effect pricing? Also is it paid upfront or monthly payments?

Well everything is paid up front. We use PayPal so if you and the doc change something when you meet then we can credit debit the account. We do not send the prescription over until after the virtual health consultation.
300mg is a lot. Normally our clients get up to 1,000 ng/dl in their trough on just 200mg. So typically the progression is 200mg a week for those with Android fat and once BMI is in better range titrate down to 120-150 because it does not take as much to maintain as it does to make changes.
A lot of our guys include peptides in their TRT program, concomitant growth hormone optimization and TRT have shown to have a synergistic effect, we also see with our clients combined treatment allows lower dosages of each medication to achieve the same physiological result.
With that being said I am sure our physicians wouldn't be opposed to writing a prescription for that amount if lab work diagnostics warranted it, just usually no one needs that much to get in the upper 1/3 of range for their trough.
For pricing it would depend on weeks etc but yes we can take anastrozole off if you don't need it of course. Thats why we do it the way we do, you only pay for what you get. Our prices are very competitive and we do not short change on pharmacies and sacrifice service for price.
I think you would be extremely pleased, once I get your pre-approval from the physician I can devise a program request specifically for you that we can submit to him before your consultation.
Hope this makes sense and let me know if anyone has any other questions.Last edited by IncreaseMyT; 06-17-2016 at 10:47 AM.

Ha we have heard that few times Truth is we are no different than you guys we love perusing the forums and learning from other TRT guys experience.
We enjoy sharing what we know and have learned through experience in helping others with the same problems we had as individuals. Anyone you ever talk to at IMT has personal experience with some sort of hormone deficiency, we all believe in the cause. We showed up on the boards (as individuals) in 2009 and just like many of the new guys coming here found the boards to be a wealth of knowledge and honestly attribute our success to that knowledge obtained.
We are here currently because we saw that so many were having problems with their current provider and we want to help as many people as we can. Out of all the businesses there is to be in, this has to be the most gratifying one.
People actually get LIFE changing results. TRT changed my life personally and we have thousands of stories of guys just like me from IMT current clients.
So I know everyone at IMT enjoys doing this, I for sure live for it
So if you catch me up at 2 AM trolling the forums don't be surprised! If I am here I am available.
Looking forward to getting you going!Last edited by IncreaseMyT; 06-18-2016 at 07:08 AM.

Thanks for the thorough reply! Yea that's why it took a year to get my protocol correct because I am a hyper excreter. I split my dose m/w/f to keep the injections smaller for subq, but I hover around 10%bf so I don't have a conversion issue. My last labs had me around 850ng/dl total (200-1200 scale) and 19ish free (1-20 scale iirc), however I'm due for bloods and my annual in July.
Anyways, I would like to talk to someone from your company regarding treatment. Tia

Awesome, what we should do is get your patient forms filled out, drivers license and your most recent lab work. I will build your file and get it in front of the doctor you will be working with. Once I get the green light you and I can jump on the phone and come up with a program length, then schedule your virtual health consultation with the doctor.

Honestly we just started doing it so I am not sure yet. We have a couple in the pipeline. I know HSA are easy they should have no problem. But actually filing for reimbursement is a new thing for us.
With that being said, in the 6 years of doing this we have tried doing it many times without the CPT codes and it worked just fine for years. When Obama went to IDC-10 codes things changed. So now you need the codes. Before we built the new network we were not able to provide those codes or signatures.
I would guess that if you get reimbursement the insurance company will want copies of your labs, and if you meet the requirements it should be no problem.
I know for our quest lab work, guys have no problem getting reimbursed there.
Our medical director was an emergency clinician for 15 years and specializes in functional medicine, hydration, enzymatic processes and HRT for men AND women. He then went on to be the medical director for the hospitals he worked at. So he knows how all that stuff works I don't He says it should be no problem at all though, it just depends on your specific insurance requirements, we will make all the info available to you that they need to process the claim.
Here is a cool Q and A with Dr Matt:
Dr Matt
I began my career as a teacher, teaching young docs how to do what we do. After about 2 years I moved into private practice and eventually into administration becoming a Medical Director and Chairman for about the last 8 years. In my time as a clinician I routinely dealt with the common emergencies like strokes and heart attacks as well as a host of problems related to diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol. As an administrator I worked with other physicians to promote patient care as well as with administrative leadership to set and achieve departmental goals. I became very accustomed to both identifying patient expectations and exceeding them.

(1) I pay all medical expenses through an HSA, including my testosterone .
Is this an available method of payment?
(2) Since growth hormone therapy is typically low dose, 2 i.u. daily (?), what sort of expense is involved in adding growth hormone to the 15 weeks for us older guys?

Yes sir we accept all HSA cards. You can get the invoice you need to submit to them from us as well
For rhGH I am going to leave that at a call for pricing on the open board if you don't mind
Honestly we don't do a ton of it but it is an option for our clients with AGHD. In years past we had used Tev and Omnitrope until the Tev became unavailable.
We have been getting a lot of calls from various pharmacies asking us to set up an account and there are many options out there for this, they are all the same we have the same rule we have to call them for pricing. So what I can do is find out which brand specifically works best for you and get you that pricing within 24 hours. Its just a matter of me shooting them a call.
Once I have all your info, forms, labs etc just let me know you would like to look into that and I will jump on it.
Hope this works and I look forward to getting you going with us.
Just FYI all new clients right now will receive an option to do a review about our process on the board, if you do that we will shoot you a coupon code for 10% on your next request.
Also just FYI if you are Veteran, Military, LE or any kind of public service officer we offer a 5% discount up front for you. Just let us know when you place the request and we will take care of that at that time.Last edited by IncreaseMyT; 06-18-2016 at 05:37 PM.
