IMT Review....
So I found out I had low T through multiple blood labs. Some of you have seen my posts here so you know what I'm talking about. So I decided to call IMT and find out what to do. I spoke with Todd and he explained multiple protocols and what could be done to help with my low t. He was very generous with his time and made sure we were both on the same page. He has been very easy to get ahold of either by calling their office line or shooting him and Email. He respond quick, which I really liked!.
So we decided on a good protocol and I scheduled my appt. with the Doctor who was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns through facetime. It took about 45 mins to speak with him and he was very thorough about the protocol and what to expect. He even told me to call him anytime to see how things are going. Wow, talk about customer service!
After the initial consultation with the doctor I spoke with Todd again and we made the protocol into an action plan. I paid upfront which was super easy through paypal and my package is now in transit set to arrive Monday. Todd is so thorough with everything he wants me to call him as soon as I get my package to go over all the details and ensure I receive everything. Todd has been nothing but sincere and incredibly generous with his time to make sure my questions and concerns were answered.
I can't wait to receive my package and get my T up to normal levels and feel good. Thanks to IMT I'm now going to be a TRT member and live a good life with healthy T levels for a 31 year old male, not an 80 year old walking around with t levels of someone decades older than me. Thanks IMT and welcome to the board!

IMT program review from an OLD Newbie!
I am happy to have had the opportunity to begin my personal pursuit for optimum hormonal balance and improved quality of life with Todd, Dr. Matt and the Pharma team.
After initially contacting Todd, I was introduced to Dr. Matt via Skype. I was most impressed with his patience (as I was with Todd ) of my questions, understanding my concerns and encouragement for reaching my goals.
I had recently had blood work drawn and so we were able to layout a plan for me based upon that baseline.
I am pleased share that Todd made sure I received my meds as promised.....Thank you Todd!
I have High expectations of the program..........the rest is up to me!

***UPDATE TO REVIEW***
So my package arrived on Monday as promised. There was a slight mistaken with one of the medications and Todd was quick to jump on it. He made every effort to correct it and now I have received everything that I paid for. IMT really does go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and are a happy camper. I can't praise Todd enough for all his hard work and being such a generous man with his time and I take a lot of time, he knows this ......I suggest anyone thinking they may have low t or maybe on the fence if they should take the plunge to do it! Call IMT and get set up with real programs and have the experts handle the protocol stuff.. I'm very pleased with IMT overall and highly suggest them! thanks IMT!!!!I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I also order the Ipam auto pen from IMT so im looking to optimize my GH naturally by stimulating my own GH to excrete more.... stoked and cant wait to receive the autopen! thanks IMT!
IMT- do you have any articles about the pen? or some info on it and what it does...?

Yes I really need to get a formal article going about the Ipam the stuff on the site about the peptides is a couple of years old and while its great info its not very specific, just general information.
The IMG Auto Pen combination is Serm/Ipam/GHRP2
Typical dosages prescribed are 150mcg to 300mcg 2-3 times per day on a fasted stomach.
Since your injecting so much the pen is advantageous because with multi-dose vials you have to get to the refrigerator every time you want do a shot.
I personally like doing my second shot before the gym around 4 pm, many people suggest night time dosing but didn't work for me keeps me up.
Basically all three peptides stimulate GH secretion and attenuate SS (somatostatin) in different manners. SS basically blocks your growth hormone secretion. So some action is inhibiting that blocker, and the other side of the action is GH production.
Ipam is much like GHRP6, it is as strong, but it does not make you hungry through ghrelin stimulation like GHRP6 does. Thats sometimes is accompanied by a flush, or hot flash with GHRP 6.
None of this happens with Ipam. So there are uses for both applications. If someone had muscle wasting and had trouble increasing BMI into a healthy range then GHRP6 would be great for them.
For someone that needs to reduce their BMI, or better yet waist circumference, Ipam would work best for them.
So basically they are going to stimulate your growth hormone secretion. You DO NOT have to be on TRT to take advantage of these either. We have a 50+ year old client who lost 65 pounds and got his TT up to 900 ng/dl from Sept 2015 to Feb 2016.
I saw the lab work with my own eyes.
Hope this helps let me know if you have any questions.

Well the physicians usually write the prescription for 150 mcg two times per day. If you feel you need to increase the amount let me know and I will submit a note to the physician and get his stamp of approval.
Start low and go slow is our motto for these.
With that being said if you want to start at 6 am might wanna see if you can get it to 150mcg 3x per day.
Breakfast, lunch and then 4pm gym.
You only have to wait 45 minutes to eat. Technically you just have to stay away from carbohydrates. Protein is good to go. For fat intake there is mixed literature but we say take the safe route and just wait 45 minutes.
Hope this helps.

im entering week 2 as of now and im starting to notice a lil bit of a competitive edge in the gym, could it be placebo? i dunno but i feel stronger and feel like my endurance is better. today i felt more alert and ready for work rather than draggin my feet into work on a monday. dont know if the test can start to make changes this early in the game but it sure does feel better. i feel like a kid during xmas with all my trt goodies, not to mention my autopen that arrives tomorrow and ill be sure to keep you guys informed on that. if you dont know its a mixture of ipamorelin/sermorelin/and ghrp 2 i believe not 6. and it comes in a auto pen that i inject subq...looking forward to that. thats my update for the day, so far so good. so bloat or tingling in my nipples area. =)

Looks like they're starting you off on the high end of the spectrum, but maybe there's a reason for that...
The timing of my protocol is the same as yours, but I'm on 90mg and 250 iu HCG.
Not sure why they're starting you out with an AI, since that's something that should be added as necessary with blood work.

This is going to sound like I'm being a dick, so I'll apologize in advance. It ain't about your opinion, it's about the blood work and how you feel physically. There's plenty of guys on here who don't need (and don't take) an AI. I have a feeling that starting off at that high of a dose, (and I think I read you're a heavy guy) you'll probably end up needing one, but most protocols don't start out with one.

Too often men rush to lab work and make ill informed choices on dosage titration. Through our vast experience working with men with all kinds of issues form ASIH to TRT it is FAR quicker to dial in based on symptomatology FIRST, then use lab work to fine tune, or rather to see if the dosages that alleviate symptoms affect other processes in the body.
0.5mg per week anastrozole is not a lot, and most guys will need 0.25mg to 0.5mg per week to keep E2 in optimal range on 200mg.
So even if one were to keep E2 in range but at the high end without an AI, 0.5mg per week is not going to bury E2. So you can definitely take it as a precaution at that dosage without issue.
When you work with men all the time you begin to understand roughly what people will need based on their profile, kind of like profiling Seems like a bad word but it works.
Making an educated guess is the only way to do it at first because initial lab work merely shows a deficiency, it gives you no evidence of the protocol to be administered.
If your waiting for lab work to decide if you need an AI, you are either doing lab work too soon, or you are adding the AI way late.
Lab work is used to confirm a symptom, not the other way around.
This may be different from what you have heard or maybe even what you went through, if you take a look though you will see we have some of the best reviews on the net when it comes to getting guys dialed in.
Just our two cents and for educational purposes, thanks for posting and bringing up a great topic.Last edited by IncreaseMyT; 06-28-2016 at 07:14 AM.

I can understand that. Thanks for the explanation. I'm NOT trying to be argumentative, this process just goes against what I've learned over the years, but I'm sure y'all have way more knowledge than me.
What happens when labs come back at 1200 total and hematocrit is through the roof?? The patient may feel great, but we know those numbers ain't sustainable for the long haul.

True we agree, if that were to happen we would simply skip a dose and titrate the dosage down.
In truth though in just 3-4 months that usually won't happen. Men take much higher dosages than that and never have a problem with HCT.
To be honest the concern is really overblown and what most people do not realize is the increase in HCT is actually what increases your endurance. This is why athletes sleep in hyperbaric chambers. A single blood draw will drop your HCT to 48 immediately.
Hope this helps.

PS giving blood is a great hing to do regularly whether your on TRT or not, it decreases blood cell mass and forces your body to make fresh new blood.
Its kind of like an oil change.

well everyone i just received my auto pen that contains ipamorelin/sermorelin/ghrp 2 combined. it comes in an autp pen with cartridges to load and pins to inject with. its fricken awesome so far! i couldnt be happier. i get to stimulate my natural gh production without shutting it down. the pen is slick and sexy. i highly recommend it for someone looking to add some goodies to their trt protocol. its a great addition and who wouldnt want to stimulate more gh production and raise those igf1 levels.... i sure do. thanks IMT! once again todd was super helpful and made sure i understood everything about the pen and how it works... thanks todd!

It is a good thing, but guys still need to be careful with it. Older guys can tend to drive themselves into anemia. I can post a study if anyone likes where it indicates guys need to be more careful and if they donate frequently they should take an iron supplement.
Interesting stuff.
