    Shocking testosterone results

I was recommended this by Brad Holiday, he runs a youtube channel and has some decent advice for steroids from my prespective
I honestly don't know much about steroids and PCT but I began doing research as of right now

Here is Brad's youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCst...Ns1sIuw/videos

I tried some steroids in the past and waiting a long time before engaging in a PCT and never done blood work to check my T levels until last month when I discovered that my T levels are pretty low.

4 years ago I tried deca & test 300... I only did the post cycle after almost 2 months of stopping... took 2 injections 1 week apart into my belly as post recovery... then 3 years ago I tried anavar and it totally killed my testosterone levels .... 2 months after stopping anavar I started taking Liquid Gomi & another liquid daily for 1 month to get the levels back up

then I fucked around with testosterone booster pills on the market... not sure how much that actually helped or what it did... at some point I started feeling my test levels were being effected by these pills and not in a positive way

I'm feeling my labido is kinda low right now, and I always had very high labido, which concerns me...

I'm 30 years old, I workout 5 - 6 times / week... train in MMA and yet my T levels are the following
Where do get some HCG -my-testosterone -results.jpg

The results were a surprise to me since I heard MMA fighters have higher testosterone then regular people and only abit over a year ago I remember my results being 50% higher from another test I did for which I was only told the results on the phone.

Then brad recommended me to try
    liquid clomid, nolvadex and hcg
And after my PCT he said I should take liquid viagra & the blue ox test booster

So I'm going to start Clomid and nolvadex within a few days from now, 1 tea spoon daily... unless anybody in this forum objects???

So far I ordered everything except the HCG

What do you guys think about this? Should I go on a PCT right away? What about taking Liquid viagra and the blue ox test booster pills?

After I requested my doctor to do a full testosterone checkup on me.. this is all he gave me

    test total 15.7
    SHBG 44.2
    TEST FREE CAL 266
    TEST BIO CAL 6.39
    ESTRADIOL 83

Read the exact same post somewhere else already.

Bloodwork taken at 15:06? Or in the morning?

Tea spoon is not a measurement, like it was said to you before.

Not really sure you need (or will do anything) the PCT, still if you decide to go forwardyou should use proper meds, other wise you dont know if it worked or if you got bunk ugl drugs.

    SHBG is high.

E2 is non-sensitive. Real value is likely below the optimal range.

Free T is calculated, not a direct measure.

    Total T is poor.

"Liquid" tamoxifen /clomiphene made me giggle. I guess they're from a chem research labs. Please go pharma grade for PCT, although I'm not sure it will help at this point.

Time to fire up the HCG and get the boys rolling again Brad .

Should test while on it to confirm the family jewels are up to task.

    Hope this helps.

I would think you should start with better blood work. Then you can make a more informed decision.

Pharma grade for PCT? I don't know know what that means....

Why did liquid tamox/clomid make you giggle? It was recommended by 1 of the members on here...
And why did you say "At this point" ?

    So whats the solution here???

How do I get my test levels up??? I didnt even do anything to mess them up... I only did 1 cycle and waited afew extra weeks before doing recovery... then I popped some anavars and then took clomid and gomi to recorver a month or 2 after use... its not like I did heavy steroids improperly... this shouldn't effect me...
The surprising part was I felt my testosterone drop during the time I was popping those testosterone booster pills....

I just want to get my levels up... I want them to be at a high range...
Is everything at this point a temporary fix? Can I get my test levels up naturally and keep them there without any supplementation or minimal supplementation at the least???

You don't pull T at 3pm. You need a morning reading due to circadian pattern of T release, when they are highest.

Pharma grade means real pharmaceuticals (as opposed to UGL).

Testosterone is higher in the morning.

Retest at 7-8 am. It will be above 500

Free Testosterone can swing quite a bit (about 30%), but Total Testosterone levels will remain within 10% of peak value through out the day.

We do not find testing in the morning to be of any more value than any other time of the day.

    Just our 2 cents.

Also of note is that as we age the fluctuations in T levels throughout the day become smaller.

Im trying to get my T levels up...
Im thinking about doing a steroid cycle...
I don't want to be on TRT for the rest of my life... nor do I think I'm eligible for TRT with my T results.. plus the idea of being on medication just to maintain myself for the rest of my life is a scary thought...

I just want to increase my testosterone levels and keep them there..
I'm thinking about going on a cycle right now

We have seen many times in recent years men who suffer from ASIH (anabolic steroid induced hypogonadism) recover from using HCG to restart the HPGA. Results were better when peptides were added for growth hormone optimization.

This can take months of stimulation and testing. Some have taken up to 7 months of continuous HCG at dosages of 1,000 to 1,500 2-3 times per week.

If you do it though and test to determine plan of action along the way, as long as suppression is only due to AAS use, then the likelihood of recovery is high.

Where people get confused is if your over 40 the chance of recovery goes way down. Or if you have other issues contributing to your hormone dysfunction then chances of recovery are low.

But make no mistake HCG is the best hormone for men since testosterone and there is plenty of literature showing long term high dose is safe and effective. I believe the peptides work even better, but these are newer so there is less literature, but we have seen it first hand MANY times.

    Hope this helps.

Do I just go on the post cycle treatment and see what happens? What are the downside of doing a PCT when you might not need it? And how much of Chlomid and Nova do I take?

Great post "IncreaseMyT" .. another member on here claimed that HCG is not a post cycle treatment tool
So you would recommend injectable HCG for a minimum or 3 months while doing blood work every 3 weeks...
Would you say that's an effective and natural plan to increasing your testosterone levels ?

Well we like to call it an HPTA restart. The way we do it is quite extensive and is meant for someone who wants to try to recover permanently.

It is commonly touted that once you start testosterone replacement (TRT) you are stuck with it for the rest of your life. This is simply not true for the majority of the cases. Many attempt recovery of their natural testosterone levels and fail because they have the wrong dosing structure, not one backed by hundreds of clients being successful for 5+ years going strong. While on TRT therapy, you are shutting down your natural testosterone production. The result of taking testosterone from outside the body is the suppression of 3 primary hormones in the HPTA. In order for your body to produce testosterone naturally again these three signals need to be functioning properly.
IMT’s GH Peptide combination: Increases natural GH subsequently increasing IGF-1. This hormone is an important contributor in the modulation of the somatotropic axis and can impair our testosterone production if not optimized alongside the other hormones. To still maintain healthy functioning and have high GH and IGF-1 levels supplementation of a GH releaser such as a peptide combination is most necessary.(11)(12)(13)
HPTA Restart | Increase My T

We conclude that testosterone plays an important role in the modulation of the male somatotropic axis in adulthood, as appears to be the case in puberty, and that this effect is partly dependent on the aromatization of testosterone to estradiol.

Whether you should do it or not should be based on a detailed discussion of medical history and lab work. BUT you are here, you said you have symptoms, and your willing to try a steroid cycle to alleviate them. So in our mind doing a restart is a better alternative with a more positive outcome.

During the HCG mono therapy or concomitant peptide therapy, or even peptide therapy alone (sometimes that works) you will feel good not bad. So there isn't really any negatives.

Clomid therapy just doesn't alleviate symptoms, and in truth most times when stopping clomid therapy, TT levels usually plummet, this is well documented not only by us but with other physicians and specialist that do this kind of thing.

We don't condone cycling, we know what happens when people do that. They usually lose everything they gained on cycle, or they just start another cycle too soon because they are afraid of losing gains and this is why they are permanently suppressed, because they never fully recovered in the first place.

So the goal of an HPTA restart is FULL recovery. Which can take months.

Under the supervision of a licensed physician, yes I think 3 months of HCG and testing while on it will not only provide you with a chance to get your TT levels much higher naturally, the information gathered along the way is extremely valuable. Learning how your body responds to recovery efforts is priceless. After all thats half the battle, learning how you respond.

I am in no way opposed to another blood test first, just not sure its gonna tell us anything much different, IF your symptoms have not changed.

    Hope this helps.

I dont know much about peptides, I believe with HCG I'm supposed to inject it into my belly every week? I believe...

Don't really know anything about peptides...

I am however finding that my performance in the gym and with my training is stagnant.... I want to become a professional mma fighter or atleast put on some real size and strength... but I can't seem to push myself too hard... when I do spend 2 - 3 hours of intense workouts in the gym then I need to sleep and recover LOTS.... which prevents me from doing work after training

If boosting my T levels by doing "something".. can help me put the extra effort in my training while still leaving me energy for other things afterwards it would be GREAT!
